出される映像の特定領域を設定するウインドウ設
定回路と、 このウインドウ設定回路にて設定された特定領
域に対応する映像信号を積分してホールドするた
めの第1及び第2積分ホールド回路と、 この第1及び第2積分ホールド回路にてホール
ドされた値の差を出力可能な差動増幅器と、 前記同期分離回路からの垂直同期信号を分周し
て、前記第1及び第2積分ホールド回路を数フイ
ールド毎に交互にリセツトしてホールドさせる第
1のタイミング信号を出力するとともにこの第1
のタイミング信号発生につづいて前記差動増幅器
を動作させる第2のタイミング信号を出力するタ
