In the conventional wet construction method, when considered from a process perspective, building work and equipment work such as piping and wiring are closely related, and when performing both works, it is necessary to perform them alternately. It was hot. For this reason, if the construction work on one side was delayed, the other side had to wait, and poor coordination could significantly lengthen the construction period.

A dry method is a method that can eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional wet method. When constructing a tile panel wall using the conventional dry construction method, first a base frame material is attached to the building frame, and a frame made of lightweight steel is fixed to this base frame material to form the frame of the room. It is necessary to keep it. Then, a tile panel made of a prefabricated substrate and tiles was fixed to the frame with screws, etc., to obtain a tile panel wall surface. However, this conventional dry construction method has the following drawbacks.

In other words, before erecting the tile panels, it is necessary to construct a frame to fix the tile panels to the building frame to form the skeleton of the planned room, which increases the cost. It was becoming. In addition, with this type of tile panel, the method of screwing the frame from the front side was not preferred because the screw heads were visible, resulting in an unsightly appearance. For this reason,
Attachment of tile panels to frames was mostly done on the back side, such as by installing bolts protruding from the back side of the tile panel and having workers enter the back side and fasten them to the frame with nuts. . Therefore, in the past, it was necessary to provide at least enough space on the back side of the tile panel to perform the specified work, and the thickness of the base frame material attached to the building frame to secure the frame to the building frame. I needed that much space. For this reason, the tile panel wall surface is installed at a position separated by the above-mentioned space from the building frame, and it is unavoidable that the effective indoor space is reduced by that amount.

In addition, as mentioned above, with conventional tile panels, workers tighten nuts to the frame on the back side of the tile panel, but this work is done in a limited space, and the nuts have to be tightened many times, making it cumbersome. It was also inefficient.

Therefore, in order to improve and eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks when constructing a conventional tile panel wall surface, the present invention uses a frame made of lightweight section steel or the like framed in a predetermined shape, and a water-impermeable material fixed to the frame. We have developed a new tile panel structure consisting of a substrate and a large number of tiles arranged and adhered to the surface of this substrate. At the same time, the present invention has also developed a connecting member for connecting these tile panel structures. This connecting member is characterized in that one type of connecting member can be used regardless of the difference in thickness of the tile panel components.

First, the structure and manufacturing procedure of the tile panel structure (hereinafter simply referred to as the structure) 1 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. As shown in Fig. 1, the structure 1 is manufactured by assembling a frame 2 made of lightweight shaped steel or the like into a predetermined shape and size, and placing asbestos cement plates, metal plates, and synthetic resin on the assembled frame 2. A water-impermeable substrate 3 such as a plate is fixed with screws (not shown) or the like. Then, a large number of tiles 6 are arranged and pasted on this substrate 3. In that case, the substrate 3
The tiles 6 are attached to the frame 2 so that non-attached parts 4 and 5 are formed at the upper and lower edges of the frame 2. With such a configuration, the non-attached parts 4 and 5 of the frame 2 serve as handles during transportation, and workability is good. Moreover, unlike conventional tile panels, this structure 1 does not have protruding portions of the tiles, and damage to the tiles 6 can also be prevented. Further, by providing the non-attaching portions 4 and 5, there are advantages such as less material for the substrate 3 and the tiles 6.

By the way, a large number of such structures 1 are manufactured and prepared in advance at a factory, etc., and tile panel walls that can stand on their own are sequentially constructed from the surface side of the structure 1, that is, from the indoor side, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 8. I'm starting to be able to do it. To construct Structure 1, first install the floor surface of the building that corresponds to the planned tile panel wall surface.
A runner member 7 having a U-shaped cross section shown in FIG. 4 is fixed by an appropriate method so that its opening 8 faces the ceiling surface, and starting from an arbitrary corner of the fixed runner member 7. The corner construction is
The exposed non-attached portion 5 of the frame 2 on the lower end edge side of the structure 1 is fitted into a runner member 7 corresponding to a certain wall surface. After doing so, the non-attached portion 5 on the lower edge side of the newly prepared structure 1 is attached to the runner member 7 corresponding to a wall surface continuous with and adjacent to the above wall surface. Insert. Thereafter, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 7, the corner connecting member 9, which has a U-shaped cross section and an L shape when viewed from above, is attached to the upper end edges of the structures 1, 1 on both wall surfaces. Fit into the non-attaching parts 4, 4 on the side. As a result, the temporary construction state is established, and the structure 1,
1 can stand on its own. however,
Since the structural bodies 1, 1 are still insufficiently fixed, the runner member 7 and the structural bodies 1, 1 are fixed at the lower edge thereof, and the structural bodies 1, 1 and the connecting member 9 are fixed at the upper edge thereof. Tighten and fix each with screws 10, etc. (see Figure 6).

Next, start building the straight sections from one side of the planned wall surface. To build up the straight section, first prepare a new structure 1 following the structure 1 of the corner section, fit the non-attached part 5 on the lower edge side into the runner member 7, and then insert the structure 1. The connecting portion between 1 and 1 is an end face butt. Then, from this state, a connecting member 11 having a linear L-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. ),
Connect the runner member 7 and the newly arranged structure 1 and the structure 1, 1 and the connecting member 11 with screws 10, respectively.
You can fix it with etc. To explain this in more detail, the connecting member 11 having an L-shaped cross section has a back surface portion 11a that abuts against the back surface of the frame 2, and an upper surface portion 11b that abuts against the top surface of the frame 2. The upper surface portion 11b corresponding to the connecting portion 12 of the structures 1, 1 is formed with a bending portion 11c that is an extension of the upper surface portion 11b. To connect the structures 1, 1 using the connecting member 11, first, the back surface portion 11a and the upper surface portion 11b are arranged along the frame 2. Then, the bending portion 11c is bent toward the front side according to the thickness W of the frame 2 (see FIG. 9), and finally the bending portion 11c is fixed to the frame 2 with screws 10 or the like. If this is the case, even if the frames 2 have different thicknesses W of the structures 1, one type of connecting member 11 can be used for both, which is convenient. Note that, in addition to the above-described configuration, the bending portion 11c may be provided at any point in the connecting portion of the structures 1, 1.

After that, connect the constructs 1 in the same way as above,
As shown in FIG. 6, the runner member 7 on the indoor side is covered with a decorative board 14 to complete the construction. In this way, according to the present structure 1, a self-supporting tile panel wall surface can be sequentially built from the surface side of the structure 1.

FIG. 10 shows an embodiment of a corner connecting member 13 formed into an L-shaped cross section. Reference numeral 13a designates a back surface portion, 13b a top surface portion, and 13c a bending portion that is an extension of 13b. In this embodiment, the bending portions 13c near the corners interfere with each other, so that a sufficient extension length cannot be obtained. Therefore, there is a risk that the connection between the components 1, 1 at the corner portions may become unstable, and this cannot be said to be a preferred embodiment.

In each of the above-described embodiments, the non-attaching portion 5 on the lower edge side of the structure 1 is not necessarily required and may be omitted. Further, the non-attached portion 4 on the upper edge side may have a configuration in which only the tile 6 is not attached. Furthermore, the length of the connecting member 11 is appropriate.

As explained above, according to the structure of the present invention, the construction of the tile panel wall surface can be performed only from the front side of the structure, and the space can be used effectively accordingly. Therefore, when constructing a tile panel wall surface using this structure, even if both construction work and equipment work are performed, by concentrating the equipment work such as piping and wiring on the structure part. , construction work and equipment work can be separated, and it is possible to improve and shorten the lengthening of the construction period due to delays in one of the works. Further, there is no need to assemble a frame in advance to form the framework of the room, as is the case in the past, and this reduces costs and simplifies work. Furthermore, one tile panel wall surface can be formed from a plurality of components, and a large room can be easily completed with a small number of people (two people).

Furthermore, the same connecting member of the present invention can be conveniently used for walls having different frame thicknesses. Moreover, the connection between the constituent bodies is simple, as it is only necessary to bend the bending portion of the connecting member and tighten it with screws.
