(Prior art and its problems) Earthen walls generally have low strength due to the material they are made of.
Moreover, because the binding force between soil particles decreases over time due to internal chemical changes, etc., there is a problem that flaking occurs and the service life is shortened. Such peeling is particularly noticeable on the outer surface side, which is easily exposed to wind and rain and is subject to large temperature changes due to sunlight, etc. Further, there is a drawback that the adhesion force is low at the abutting portions between this earthen wall and wooden parts such as pillars, beams, rafters, etc., and the strength with which the earthen wall is held by these wooden parts is low. Furthermore, when forming a decorative finishing layer of spray material, plaster, white cement, etc. on the surface of an earthen wall, there is a problem in that the adhesion strength between the finishing layer and the earthen wall is insufficient and interfacial delamination is likely to occur. (Means for Solving the Problems) This invention was made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems.It has extremely high strength and excellent durability, and the holding strength of the wood-manufactured materials is large. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a reinforced earth wall that has good adhesion to the decorative finishing layer, and its technical means is to strengthen the outer surface of the earth wall 1 at the abutment area between the earth wall 1 and the woodwork 2. A large number of small holes 3a that reach the interior of the construction material 2 through the earthen wall 1 from the side;
While the small holes 3a and 3b are drilled, the primer 5 is penetrated and impregnated into the inside from the outer surface side, and the small holes 3a and 3b are
This relates to a reinforced earth wall formed by injecting and hardening a synthetic resin 4.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a large number of small holes 3, 3, etc. are bored in the entire surface of the earth wall 1 from the outer surface 1a side to the inner surface 1b side, and the earth wall 1 and the pillars are connected to each other. The small holes 3a, 3a, . . . in the vicinity of the abutting portions of the beams 2a and 2b with the wooden construction material 2 are diagonally bored and reach the inside of the construction material 2. A synthetic resin 4 is injected into each of these small holes 3, 3a to form a rod-shaped cured product. Further, a primer 5 (shaded area) is permeated and solidified from the outer surface 1a of the earthen wall 1 to the inside.

In the earth wall 1 having the above structure, the soil particles are strongly bonded to each other by the primer 5, and the synthetic resin 4 penetrates into this bonded area in a rectangular shape, that is, like a reinforcing bar against concrete. Therefore,
It has extremely high strength and is extremely durable, with no risk of peeling off even after a long period of time.
In addition, at the contact area between the earthen wall 1 and the woodwork material 2, the hardened synthetic resin 4 penetrates between the two like a nail, so as mentioned above, the earthen wall 1, which has a high strength, is used for the woodwork. It is integrally supported by the material 2 and has excellent holding strength. Furthermore, the outer surface 1a of the earthen wall 1
Because the binding strength between soil particles is high in
When a decorative finishing layer 6 made of spray material, plaster, white cement, etc. is provided, the adhesion strength between the finishing layer 6 and the earthen wall 1 is sufficient, and interfacial peeling is prevented.

To form such a reinforced earth wall, first, small holes 3, 3... and 3a, 3a... are made using a drill etc. from the outer surface 1a side of the earth wall 1, and then a primer 5 is sprayed from the outer surface 1a side. It is also injected through the small holes 3, 3... and 3a, 3a... to penetrate inside. After the infiltrated primer 5 solidifies, the liquid of the synthetic resin 4 is poured into the small holes 3, 3... and 3a.
3a... may be injected and filled and cured. Note that the period required for solidification of the primer 5 varies depending on the type, but is generally about 4 days. Furthermore, the curing of the synthetic resin 4 similarly varies depending on its type, but for example, in the case of epoxy resin, about one day is sufficient.

Here, as the synthetic resin 4, both thermosetting and thermoplastic resins can be used, but thermosetting resins, especially epoxy resins, are most suitable due to their strength, ease of handling, ease of availability, etc. In addition, various materials can be used as the primer 5, but in general, the material of the earthen wall 1 has a high alkalinity and tends to undergo chemical changes that cause cracking and peeling over time. It is preferable to use a material that has the property of reducing the amount of water. Such primers that reduce alkalinity are readily available as commercial products.

In the above embodiment, the case where the earthen wall 1 is a flat wall is shown, but this idea can also be applied to, for example, an earthen wall covering a rafter portion shown by the circle V in FIG. 4. FIG. 5 shows an example of this, in which the outer surface of a rafter 8 supporting a roofing material 7 is covered with an earthen wall 1, and small holes 3b, 3b...
A synthetic resin is injected and hardened into each small hole 3b, and a primer 5 is penetrated and impregnated from the outer surface 1a side.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the primer 5 is the earth wall 1.
Although an example is shown in which the water penetrates from the outer surface 1a side to the middle part of the interior, it may penetrate all the way to the inner surface 1b side. Further, the small holes 3, 3, . . . may also be made to penetrate to the inner surface 1b side so that the synthetic resin 4 covers the entire width of the earthen wall 1.

(Effects of the invention) In the strong earthen wall according to this invention, the soil particles are strongly bound together by the primer, and small holes are bored through the earthen wall to the woodwork that comes into contact with the primer, and the inside of the earthen wall is Since the walls are filled with a hardened synthetic resin, the earthen walls can be firmly held in place by wooden construction materials. In addition, the hardened synthetic resin increases the strength of the earthen wall itself and improves its durability. Furthermore, when a decorative finishing layer is formed on the outer surface side, the adhesion strength with this finishing layer is large and interfacial peeling does not occur.
