Description
「産業上の利用分野」
本案は道路の側溝用蓋に関するものである。
「従来の技術」
道路の側溝用蓋は従来コンクリート製であつて
重量大(1個50Kg)で取扱い不便であるばかりで
なく破壊強度は比較的小であり、道路の景観を向
上することは困難であつた。
「考案が解決しようとする問題点」
本案は軽量であつて取扱い容易であり、かつ破
壊強度が比較的大で道路の景観を向上することの
できる側溝用蓋を得ることを目的とするものであ
る。
「問題点を解決するための手段」
本案はナイロン又はポリエステルを含滲させた
複数の同長短角材をその長手方向と直角に並列
し、隣接角材衝合面を接着剤で接着して方形板を
形成し、同方形板の外面に上記含滲剤と同種の合
成樹脂塗膜層を形成してなる側溝用蓋によつて構
成される。
「作用」
従つて含滲させたナイロン又はポリエステルは
上記角材の導管内に滲透し、接着剤と導管口で結
合しかつ上記含滲剤(ナイロン又はポリエステ
ル)と同種の合成樹脂塗膜層(ナイロン又はポリ
エステル)とが導管口で結合し、繊維部、導管内
の上記滲透剤、接着剤及び上記塗膜層とは一体化
して上記角材を補強する。
「実施例」
縦横幅約10cmの杉角材を長さ約45cmに切断して
複数の同長短角材2を形成し、これを乾燥させた
縦横の幅面を4面仕上げをする。この短角材2の
隣接衝合面に面殺しを施し、合成樹脂接着剤3で
同衝合面を接着して長方形板4を形成する。そし
て予め上記角材2に穿設した透孔6,6にボルト
7を挿通し、同透孔6,6のそれぞれ両端凹部
8,8内にボルト頭9及び締付ナツト10を収容
し、同ボルト7で並列角材2を締付け、かつ同凹
部8を木栓11で閉塞する(この透孔6,6、凹
部8及びボルト7は省略しても差支えない)。そ
の後上記方形板4の6面を荒仕上げしヤニ止めを
塗布した後ポリエステル液(ナイロン液でも良
い)を導管内に含滲させる。この含滲剤1が硬化
した後6面の面仕上げ加工を施し、仕上面に上記
含滲剤1がポリエステルの時はポリエステル液、
ナイロンの場合はナイロン液を上塗りし(さらに
サーフエーサー入りポリエチレン塗料を塗布して
も良い)て合成樹脂塗膜層5を形成するものであ
る。尚図中12で示すものは方形板4の両側に設
けた切欠部、13は道路用コンクリート側溝であ
る。第1表にポリエステル、ナイロン及びポリエ
チレンの物性テスト表を示す。
