Abstract

PURPOSE:To lighten a panel for the forms of concrete, to reduce cost and to facilitate execution while holding required strength by forming the panel by a mutually stacked and fixed laminated board material composed of a plurality of paper quality. CONSTITUTION:Waterproof paper 3, 3 is laminated or a waterproof film 4 is applied onto at least one of both side faces 2, 2 or they are laminated or it is applied while being interposed to an intermediate section to at least one of the side faces 2, 2, and pressure-welded, superposed and fastened mutually, thus manufacturing a laminated board material 1 consisting of a plurality of paper quality. A panel for the forms of concrete is shaped by the laminated board material 1, and cut in necessary size by a hand cutter, etc. at a jobsite as required and used. Accordingly, waterproofness is displayed sufficiently while the panel is formed to a thick shape as necessary and strength can be held.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, such conventional formwork panels are generally heavy due to their relatively thick wood structure, which only causes inconvenience in handling or carrying them. However, they generally tend to be expensive, and because they are shipped in fixed size, it is necessary to cut them to the desired size when used at a construction site, which causes the hassle of using tools such as saws. . Furthermore, when finishing exposed concrete, it is necessary to apply paint or the like to the surface of the plywood board in advance, resulting in problems such as being labor-intensive.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and has a structure made of a laminated board material made of a plurality of paper types, which makes it lightweight and easy to handle and carry, and at the same time reduces the product price. Cheap and free,
In addition, cutting to the desired size at the construction site can be easily done by simply using a knife-shaped hand cutter, etc. Furthermore, the quality of the paper makes the concrete surface smooth and can be used as is as a concrete finish. The purpose is to propose formwork panels that can be used.

[Function] Since the present invention is configured as described above, the laminated board material made of a plurality of paper types having waterproof paper or a waterproof membrane exhibits sufficient water resistance due to the waterproof paper or waterproof membrane. It is possible to maintain strength by making it thicker if necessary, absorb moisture contained in the concrete appropriately, and its lightweight body makes it easy to handle and carry, and it is also inexpensive. Furthermore, it is easy to cut to the desired size at the construction site using a knife-shaped hand cutter, etc., and it is possible to obtain a smooth concrete surface after dismantling the formwork panel. This means that it can be subjected to an exposed finish.

[Example] Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. Fig. 1 is a plan view showing a concrete formwork panel of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is a diagram taken along line A-A in Fig. 1. FIG. 3 is an enlarged sectional view with a partial cutout, FIG. 3 is a diagram equivalent to FIG. 2, and FIG.
The figure is an explanatory diagram showing the state of use of the formwork panel in Figure 1, and Figure 5 is a diagram of the state of concrete after dismantling the formwork panel in Figure 4, where (1) is a laminated board material. , by pasting waterproof paper (3) on at least one of the both surfaces (2) or intervening between them, or by applying a waterproof film (4) to each other and polymerizing and fixing them by pressing them together. It is made of several different paper types. In addition, when (5) is used at a construction site, the surface side with the waterproof paper (3) or waterproof membrane (4) is positioned inward from each other, and a gap (6) filled with concrete is maintained inside. These are bolts for fixing the formwork, and are buried inside the concrete (7) after the formwork panels are dismantled.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, the concrete formwork panel according to the present invention is a laminate made of a plurality of papers having the waterproof paper (3) or waterproof membrane (4) on the surface (2) or in the middle part. Since it is made of board material (1), it absorbs the moisture contained in the rear part of the concrete, and exhibits sufficient water resistance when necessary. At the same time, it can be made thicker to increase strength if desired. In addition, its lightweight body makes it easy to handle and carry, and it can be constructed at low cost.Furthermore, depending on the paper quality, it can be cut to the desired size using a knife-shaped hand cutter, etc. at the construction site. It is an extremely useful panel for concrete formwork, as it is easy to assemble and can be used as a finished concrete by making the surface side smooth and leaving the surface as it is.
