題がある。 The use of lightweight legal framework materials improves workability at high places and on steeply sloped surfaces, but because of their light weight, frost pillars and frost heave can cause the framework to lift up, reducing the soil retaining function of the legal framework, and causing condensation. There is a problem that the connecting part breaks and collapses.

た。 Furthermore, after constructing the legal framework, the inside of the frame is often covered with soil for greening or filled with chestnut stones, but in this case, rainwater permeates into the soil and chestnut stones and flows down the slope along the surface of the ground. As a result, erosion and weathering of the ground were accelerated, resulting in slope deformation, the earth retaining function of the legal framework was reduced, and the soil and chestnut stone collapsed, often leading to slope failure. In addition, when vegetation growth was poor, the legal framework often harmed the landscape of Medachi slopes.

との結論に達し、本発明に到達した。 As a result of various studies on a method for constructing a new legal framework that can solve the problems of conventional legal frameworks, the present inventors assembled a lightweight hollow rectangular formwork material with a drainage section on the slope. After installation, the authors came to the conclusion that the drawbacks of the conventional method of constructing a legal framework could be overcome by constructing a legal framework by injecting fluid into the hollow portion from an appropriate location at the top, and thus arrived at the present invention.

注入法枠工法である。 That is, the present invention provides a formwork made of synthetic resin or the like and having a fixed length and a hollow rectangular end face, with a protruding edge on one side of the upper surface, through holes on at least both sides, and a water collection layer on the lower surface. This is an injection frame construction method in which the provided formwork is assembled and installed on a slope, and then constructed using formwork that has a drainage part for injecting fluid into the hollow part.

The water collection and drainage layer 3 provided on the formwork material is made of palm pine whose surface is coated with synthetic resin or the like in a U-shape, or synthetic resin pine with spaces, and has the function of collecting and drainage of seepage water. ing. The upper surface A of the formwork material does not need to have through holes when pouring fluids such as mortar or concrete, but when pouring fluids mixed with vegetation base materials (seeds, fertilizers, soil, organic compost, etc.) A through-hole is provided to allow vegetation to grow through buds.
In addition, the through holes B and C have the function of drawing out excess water in the mixing water of the fluid by injection pressure.

However, this construction method involves assembling and installing formwork materials with a water collection layer on the bottom surface on the slope, and then injecting fluid into the hollow part using a pump-up to construct the slope. It is ideal for working on steep slopes, and allows you to build a strong legal frame with its weight. still,
Weight-bearing frames such as secondary concrete products have the function of pressing down on the ground due to their weight, but the frame constructed according to the present invention is a hollow end face shape with a fixed length molded from synthetic resin or the like. After assembling lightweight rectangular formwork on a slope, it is made heavier by injecting fluid into the hollow part, so it has the same function of pressing down on the ground as a heavy method formwork. As a result, the frame is no longer lifted up by frost pillars or frost heaving, and its function as a legal frame no longer deteriorates.

The weight can be reduced by reducing the thickness of the wall, and when pouring mortar or concrete fluid, the excess water in the mixing water oozes out through the holes, reducing the water-cement ratio and reducing the curing time. A high-density, high-strength, integrated legal frame body was obtained, and the problem of joints breaking and collapsing due to frost pillars, frost heaving, etc., was eliminated.

The soil has stabilized, erosion of the ground has been prevented, and its function as a legal framework has not deteriorated over the long term.
