(Function) In other words, since the roofing material, base material, heat insulating material, etc. are integrally constructed and formed as a single heat-insulating and waterproof layer, there is naturally a gap between each component that makes up the roof material and the roof base. There are no gaps, so there is no condensation or heat storage like in the past, and the waterproofing and heat insulation properties are improved, and the roofing material itself is composed of a waterproof layer that is integrated into the roof base. This prevents moisture from penetrating into the roof base, and since the urethane that makes up the insulation material has waterproof properties, even if moisture penetrates into the roof base, the roof base will not absorb moisture. It will not be affected by moisture,
Therefore, efforts have been made to particularly improve waterproofness.

That is, the roof base can be integrally constructed by spraying or painting the heat insulating material 3 on the foundation 1 and painting the base material 6, and the waterproof layer 8 made of a waterproof sheet can be integrally attached to the roof base. As a result, there are no gaps between the foundation 1, heat insulating material 3, base material 6, and waterproof layer 8, which are the constituent members. This prevents internal condensation from forming in the gaps, and prevents the roofing material itself from forming. Since it is made of a waterproof sheet, it also prevents moisture from penetrating into the roof base, which significantly improves the overall waterproofing effect.

In the above embodiment, the waterproof layer 8 is formed of a synthetic rubber waterproof sheet, but the material of the waterproof sheet may be other than synthetic rubber, such as vinyl chloride resin. The waterproof layer 8 does not necessarily need to be formed using a waterproof sheet; for example, a waterproof layer made of asphalt or resin may be formed as a roofing material by coating asphalt or waterproof resin on the base material 6. . In short, it is sufficient that the waterproof layer 8 as a roofing material is provided integrally with the roof base 7.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the base material 6 is composed of a special mortar aggregate as described above mixed with cement, river sand, and water, but it is never necessary to mix cement, river sand, and water at the same time. Instead, it is sufficient that the base material 6 is made of mortar aggregate made of Kuromeite pearlite mixed with chips, fibers, etc. Note that the means for applying the base material 6 is not limited to the application using a trowel as in the embodiment.

(Effects of the Invention) (A) As in the case of ridges, the present invention is capable of integrally constructing a roof base by coating the foundation with urethane as a heat insulating material and mortar as a base material. In addition, a waterproof layer as a roofing material is integrally provided, and the roofing material and roofing material are integrated to perform external insulation and waterproofing, so each component of the roofing material and roofing material is a single piece of insulation. It forms a waterproof layer, which prevents the formation of gaps between each component as in the past, thereby preventing the occurrence of condensation, and the roofing material itself is a waterproof layer integrated into the roof base. This prevents moisture such as rainwater from penetrating into the roof base, and even if it does, the urethane that makes up the heat insulating material is waterproof, and the urethane contained in the mortar of the base material is Because stone perlite has water resistance and fiber materials have water-retaining capacity, a secondary waterproofing effect occurs even in the roof base, which is an exceptional product that significantly improves the waterproofing effect of the entire roof and roof base compared to conventional methods. It has come to have a remarkable effect.
