Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 流体力学的効果により粒子を一列に配列して流
すフローセルと、このフローセル内を流れる粒子
に光を照射する光照射手段と、この光照射手段に
より光を照射された粒子より、照射光の進行方向
に散乱される光を検出する前方散乱光検出部と、
前記光照射手段により光を照射された粒子より、
照射光の進行方向と直角方向に放射される信号光
を検出する直角信号光検出部とを備えてなる流れ
式粒子分析装置において、 前記フローセルと前方散乱光検出部とを一つの
マウント上に設け、このマウントは微動機構を介
して装置内に支持されることを特徴とする流れ式
粒子分析装置。
