- 複数の電極パターンを有する第１の基板と、Ｉ
Ｃチツプと該ＩＣチツプに接続する配線パターン
とを有する第２の基板と、前記第１の基板の配線
パターンと前記第２の基板の配線パターンとを接
続するための異方性導電接着剤とを備え、前記配
線パターン間に絶縁性を有する仕切材を設けるこ
とを特徴とする液晶表示装置。
