置であつて、前記複数の画像形成プロセス手段の
１つを構成し、画像形成に必要な極性の直流電圧
が印加されることによつてコロナ放電を行うコロ
ナ放電器を、像担持体と複数の画像形成プロセス
手段とのうちの少なくとも１つが画像形成装置本
体内に装填されたとき、一定時間、前記極性と反
対極性の直流電圧が印加されるようなコロナ放電
器で構成したことを特徴とする画像形成装置。 (2) コロナ放電器を、露光前に、像担持体表面
を一様に帯電させる帯電チヤージヤとした請求項
