Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ロアブラケツトと、該ロアブラケツトに枢軸を
    介して回動可能に枢支されたアツパブラケツトと
    、前記アツパブラケツトに固着されたラチエツト
    と、前記ロアブラケツトに回動可能に枢支され前
    記ラチエツトと噛合可能なポールと、前記枢軸に
    回動可能に保持され前記ポールに連係された操作
    ハンドルとを有し、該操作ハンドルの操作により
    前記ラチエツトと前記ポールとの噛合を解除し、
    前記アツパブラケツトを前記ロアブラケツトに対
    して回動可能状態とするリクライニング装置にお
    いて、前記ポールに形成された係合部と、前記枢
    軸に回動可能に保持され前記係合部と係合可能な
    シールド部材と、前記アツパブラケツトと前記シ
    ールド部材との間に配設され前記アツパブラケツ
    トの前倒し時において前記シールド部材を前記ア
    ツパブラケツトと一体回動させ前記シールド部材
    と前記ポールとを係合状態として前記ラチエツト
    と前記ポールとの噛合を規制すると共に前記アツ
    パブラケツトの前記前倒し後の復帰時において前
    記ラチエツトと前記ポールとの噛合を所定復帰位
    置まで規制する連係手段と、前記ロアブラケツト
    に配設され前記シールド部材を押圧し前記シール
    ド部材の単独回動を規制する弾性手段とを有する
    リクライニング装置。
