【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 凹球面及びこの凹球面に設けた複数のボール溝
を有する外側継手部材と、外側継手部材の凹球面
に滑動可能に嵌合する凸球面を外面に有し、内面
に凹球面を備え、外内面を貫通する外側継手部材
のボール溝と同数のボールポケツトを有するケー
ジと、ケージの凹球面に滑動可能に嵌合する凸球
面及びこの凸球面に外側継手部材のボール溝と同
数のボール溝を有する内側継手部材と、外内両継
手部材のボール溝及びケージのボールポケツトに
嵌合したボールとからなり、外内両継手部材に設
けられたボール溝の曲率中心を継手の軸線に平行
な線上で継手の中心面に対して軸方向に等距離だ
け相反する側に偏心させ、かつ、該偏心距離が継
手の中心面から外側継手部材の端面までの距離に
小なくとも等しい等速自在継手に於いて、前記外
側継手部材に設けられたボール溝の奥底側を、そ
の開口側ボール溝の曲率半径より小さい曲率半径
で形成すると共に、ボール溝の奥底側と開口側と
の接合点を継手の中心面より奥底側に位置させ、
前記内側継手部材に設けられたボール溝の開口側
を、継手の中心面に対して前記外側継手部材の奥
底側ボール溝の曲率中心と対称位置に曲率中心を
持つように形成したことを特徴とする等速自在継
手。

  1. 凹球面及びこの凹球面に設けた複数のボール溝
    を有する外側継手部材と、外側継手部材の凹球面
    に滑動可能に嵌合する凸球面を外面に有し、内面
    に凹球面を備え、外内面を貫通する外側継手部材
    のボール溝と同数のボールポケツトを有するケー
    ジと、ケージの凹球面に滑動可能に嵌合する凸球
    面及びこの凸球面に外側継手部材のボール溝と同
    数のボール溝を有する内側継手部材と、外内両継
    手部材のボール溝及びケージのボールポケツトに
    嵌合したボールとからなり、外内両継手部材に設
    けられたボール溝の曲率中心を継手の軸線に平行
    な線上で継手の中心面に対して軸方向に等距離だ
    け相反する側に偏心させ、かつ、該偏心距離が継
    手の中心面から外側継手部材の端面までの距離に
    小なくとも等しい等速自在継手に於いて、前記外
    側継手部材に設けられたボール溝の奥底側を、そ
    の開口側ボール溝の曲率半径より小さい曲率半径
    で形成すると共に、前記内側継手部材に設けられ
    たボール溝の開口側を、継手の中心面に対して前
    記外側継手部材の奥底側ボール溝の曲率中心と対
    称位置に曲率中心を持つように形成したことを特
    徴とする等速自在継手。
