本発明の集合住宅は、第１図に示すように建物
の２層分の高さに設定してある架構体を備えてい
る。上記架構体は主架構体１と副架構体２とで構
成した構造形式である。主架構体１は下記又は
のいずれかの構成としてある。すなわち、
柱と梁とからなる主架構体、
壁のみかなる主架構体、
上記副架構体２は、上記主架構体１が上記の
構成であるか、の構成であるかによつて構成を
異にし、下記のいずれか一方の構成を採用してい
る。すなわち、柱と梁とからなる場合には、上
記主架構体の柱の内側に空間４，５を開けて柱を
