[Problems to be solved by this invention] It is desirable that an office building has a working space and a parking lot. By the way, constructing the underground part of a building as a parking space in this way makes the construction large-scale and difficult.
This would have increased construction costs.

Each floor has an entrance and a driveway, so you can immediately access the working space on the same floor through the opening in the seismic wall. Since the main seismic walls are the partition walls between the parking space and the surrounding area, the surrounding area can be constructed as a large open space with few walls and a large span.

In the figure, 1 is a concrete structure building, which is built on expanded-bottomed piles 2. The building 1 has multiple floors, and the core part 3 and the outer peripheral part 4 near the windows of each floor are partitioned by a seismic wall 10. The core part 3 on each floor of this building 1 is used as a parking space A, and the outer periphery part 4 is used as a working space B, which is a place for human activities.

Therefore, a car can enter the building 1 from the road, drive itself through the slope 6, and arrive at the target floor. Note that if the rooftop of the building 1 is also used as a parking space A, it can be effectively used as a parking space A that can be accessed by self-driving without the need for an elevator or the like.

The outer peripheral part 4 is a part where outside light enters through the window and the required brightness is maintained, so there is no need to use much lighting during the day. This outer peripheral portion 4 is used as a work space for office work, manufacturing work, etc., or as a residential space. This outer circumferential portion 4 is partitioned into several spaces by partitions, etc., and air-conditioned by individual air conditioners, and the partitions can be changed freely.
