【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は、押し花やポプリ、押し葉、或いは折紙、切り
絵等の薄葉状物をデザインとして使用した菜、カード、
絵葉書、並びに包装・被覆材料として用いることができ
る積層シート状物及び積層ンート状物の製造方法に関す
る。

るものには、印刷された用紙を用いるのが一般的である

−力紙の織Ｉｆ（バルブ）等で漉き込んだものはポプリ
等の香りを逃がさないようにする点では適しているが、
透明感に劣り、ポプリや押し花等の挟持される物の自然
感を損なう欠点がある。

本発明は、押し花や押し葉、ポプリ、折り紙等の挟持さ
れる薄葉状物の持つ色や自然感、香り等を損なうこと箒

本発明に使用する網目状若しくは全面に孔を無数に開け
てなる熱融着性フィルムとしては、ポリエチレン、ポリ
プロピレン、ポリアマイド、ポリスチレン等から選ばれ
る一種若しくは２種以上の合成樹脂を組み合わせたもの
を用いることができるが、自然感を強調する場合には染
料・頗料隻で着色されたり、増量剤等が入って不透明性
のあるものは好ましく無い為出来るだけ融着後透明感の

又、本発明に使用する熱融着性フィルムは、網目状若し
くは全面に孔を無数に開けてなるものであるから、ポプ
リ等の自然に香りを有する物丈でなく、匂いを本来有さ
ないものであっても、香料等を挟持される薄葉状物に付
着させたり、基材に付着させたりすることにより、香り
を楽しむことも可能となる。

ロン掛け、熱プＩノス、熱ニードル等任意の方法で使用
する熱融着性フィルムの上から該フィルムの融点以上の
温度にて加熱し、軽くプレスすれば良い。

カードに使用する厚手の上質紙にラベンダーのポプリを
１き、その上に熱融着性フィルムＮＥＴ９０９Ｍ３５
（１８ｇ＋／％） （Ｓｍｉｔｈ ａｎｄ Ｎｅｐｈ
ｅ＋ｍ Ｐｌａｓｔｉｃ Ｌｉｍ１Ｌｅｄ製）を載置し
たラベンダーのポプリを完全に覆う樟に載せ、テフロン
加工をしたアイロンにて１４０′″Ｃで２０秒プレスし
てボグリ付きの某カードを得た。

加工をしたアイロンにて１４０′″Ｃで２０秒プレスし
てボグリ付きの某カードを得た。
本カードはラベンダーの押し花が自然のままの状態で見
え、香りも長時間楽しむことが出来、又表面を擦っても
簡単には損傷しない耐久性のある某として使用出来た。

Claims (2)
- （１）紙、不織布、織物等のシート状基材と熱融着性フ
ィルムによって挟持された押し花、押し葉、ポプリ或い
は折紙、切り絵等の薄葉状物が、網目状若しくは全面に
孔を無数に開けてなる熱融着性フィルムによって接着さ
れ、基材シート状物の上に固着されてなる積層シート状
物。 - （２）紙、不織布、織物等のシート状基材の上に押し花
、押し葉、ポプリ或いは折紙、切り絵等の薄葉状物を載
置し、該押し花若しくは押し葉、或いは折紙、切り絵等
の薄葉状物の上を、更に網目状若しくは全面に孔を無数
に開けてなる熱融着性フィルムで覆って後、該シート状
物を加熱して熱融着性フィルムをシート状基材及び薄葉
状物と接着させることを特徴とする積層シート状物の製
造方法。
