Claims (1)
- 基板上の所定位置に、チツプ部品の電極部をは
んだ付けするためのランドを設けたプリント配線
板において、上記ランドが、チツプ部品の電極部
を搭載するための第１のランド部と、この第１の
ランド部からはんだブリツジを生じる程度離間し
て位置しデイツプ工程で溶融はんだを付着させる
ための第２のランド部と、これら第１および第２
のランド部を連結してはんだレジストに被覆され
る連結部とからなることを特徴とするプリント配
線板のランド。
