Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、第１、第２、第３及び第４ゴム胴を備えた８
胴型印刷ユニットであって、その夫々のゴム胴に版胴が
配設されており、その版胴によって、ウェブ上で２重の
表刷りと２重の裏刷りとを行うために、第１のゴム胴が
第２のゴム胴に、又第６のゴム胴が第４のゴム胴に、夫
々当接可能である形式のものに関する。
従来の技術 上述の形式の印刷ユニットは、Ｏｓｃａｒ　Ｆｒｅｊの
専門書、「技術、システム、機械」の１１頁、第２１図
、第４　表（　”Ｔｅｃｈｎｉｋｅｎ　，　Ｓｙｓｔｅ
ｍｅ　，Ｍａｓｃｈｉｎｅｎ　　ｖｏｎ　　Ｏｓｃａｒ
　　Ｆｒｅｉ　，　　Ｐｏｌｙｇｒａｐｈｖｅｒｌａｇ
，ａｕｆ　Ｓｅｉｔｅ　　ｉ　　ｌ　，　　Ａｂｂｉｌ
ｄｕｎｇ　　２　　１，　　Ｄａｒｓｔｅｌｌｕｎ，ｇ
４）に公開されている。この公知の８胴型印刷ユニット
の欠点は、７７斤印刷乃至は％印刷を行−２ う際、つ１り２重の表刷りと１重の裏刷り又はその逆の
印刷を行う際、版胴とゴム胴とから成る印刷ユニットを
印刷技術的に無効力にしなければならず、１方では同時
に、ゴム胴が対応圧胴として必要になるという点である
。つ゛まりその欠点とは、特に不必要な版胴を運転から
分離して運転停止すると、対応圧胴として必要なゴム胴
によって経費が高くつくことになり、乃至は付加的な対
策が必要になるということである。
この場合同じようなことが、版胴に配設された不必要な
インキ装置にも当て嵌１る。
発明が解決しようとする課題 本発明の課題は、冒頭で述べた形式の８胴型印刷ユニッ
トを改良して、％乃至知印刷が可能であって、そのため
に印刷技術的に余分なゴ（ろ） ム胴が対応圧胴として必要になることのなーような、８
胴型印刷ユニッ１・を提供することにある。
課題を解決するための手段 本発明では、ウェブ上でぶ又は知印刷を行うために、第
３のゴム胴と第１のゴム胴とが第２のゴム胴に当接可能
であシ、その際第４のコム胴は第２のゴム胴によって離
隔せしめられるような機構を有していることによシ、上
記課題を解決することができた。
発明の効果 本発明の顕著な利点は、本発明の％印刷の際、第４のゴ
ム胴を第３のゴム胴から分離することによシ、第２のゴ
ム胴によって塗着された色のずれ写りが、発生しないよ
うになるということである。
実施例 本発明の実施例を図面に示し、次に実施例に基いて本発
明を説明する。
第１図の下方部分には、本発明に基いて配置（４） されたゴム胴１，２，３及び４が図示されて釦シ、その
夫々に、版胴１０，２０，３０及び４０が図示の形式で
配設されている。第１図の胴１乃至４及び１０乃至４０
の本発明に基づく配置により、現状の技術とは対照的に
、第４のゴム胴４から分離された第３のゴム胴３を同じ
ように第２のゴム胴に当接することが可能になる。
その結果、図示の形式でゴム胴間を案内されている印刷
支持ウェブ５には、ゴム胴１と３とを介しての２重の表
刷りと、ゴム胴２を介しての１重の裏刷りとが行われる
ようになる。つ１り三角形の符号で示されているように
、第１図の下方に図示の印刷１ニット６内の本発明の胴
配置によシ、印刷支持ウエプ５には％印刷が施されるよ
うになる。
ｌＪＦｒ〆印刷ユニット６の上方に別の印刷ユニット７
を設けると有利であり、第１図の本発明の胴配置にあっ
ては、選択的に％印刷も可能となる。印刷ユニット７は
、印刷ユニソｌ・６と同一に組み立てられている。従っ
て涸々の部品には同一の符号が使用されている。但し区
別するため、夫々にアポストロフが付されている。
第２図には、本発明の胴配置に基づく印刷ユニットが図
示されて訃り、該配置にあっては、印刷ユニット６で１
つの％印刷が、又印刷ユニット７で同じように１つの％
印刷が、夫々可能である。そのため印刷支持ウェブ５の
貫通後は、印仙１ユニットによって該ウェブ５にｈ印刷
が施されることになる。第２図に図示のように、この場
合第３のゴム胴が第４のゴム胴に尚接しており、かつゴ
ム胴１は、ゴム胴２上でこの両者から離隔されている。
胴の調節乃至旋回は、従来の形式で、例えば一般に公知
の偏心軸受によってこれを行うことができる。
本発明の枠内で胴配置は、鏡像対称状乃至は゛側部反転
状″′であっても宜い。
本発明の枠内で別の代案として可能なことは、％印刷乃
至知印刷を行うことのできる第１図４ の胴位置にあって、胴３乃至３′が不動に起立している
場合、シ印刷乃至ｈ印刷を行うために、２ 胴４乃至４′を胴３乃至３′に当接せしめることができ
ることである。

図面は本発明の実施例を示すもので、第１図は本発明の
％乃至％運転形式に釦ける２重の８胴型印刷ユニットの
配置図、第２図は％乃至％運転形式における第１図に基
づく印刷ユニットの図である。 １，２，３．４・・・ゴム胴、１０，２０，３０．４０
・・・版胴、５・・・印刷支持ウェブ、６，７・・・印

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、第１、第２、第３及び第４ゴム胴を備えた８胴型印
    刷ユニットであつて、その夫々のゴム胴に版胴が配設さ
    れており、その版胴によつて、ウェブ上で２重の表刷り
    と２重の裏刷りとを行うために、第１のゴム胴が第２の
    ゴム胴に、又第３のゴム胴が第４のゴム胴に、夫々当接
    可能である形式のものにおいて、ウェブ上で２／１又は
    に印刷を行うために、第３のゴム胴と第１のゴム胴とが
    第２のゴム胴に当接可能であり、その際第４のゴム胴は
    第２のゴム胴によつて離隔せしめられるような機構を有
    していることを特徴とする８胴型印刷ユニット。 ２、２つの８胴型印刷機が、上下に２重に配置されてお
    り、かつ印刷支持ウェブが、第１及び第２の８胴型印刷
    ユニットの互いに当接可能なゴム胴の間を案内されてい
    ることを特徴とする、請求項１記載の８胴型印刷ユニッ
    ト。 ３、胴が鏡像対称的に配置されていることを特徴とする
    、請求項１記載の８胴型印刷ユニット。 ４、第２のゴム胴に当接せしめられた第３のゴム胴にあ
    つては、第４のゴム胴が第３のゴム胴に当接可能である
    ことを特徴とする、請求項１記載の８胴型印刷ユニット
    。
