Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、第１、第２、第３及び第４ゴム胴を備えた
８胴型印刷ユニツトであつて、その夫々のゴム胴に版胴
が配設されており、その版胴によつて、ウエブ上で２重
の表刷りと２重の裏刷りとを行うために、第１のゴム胴
が第２のゴム胴に、又第３のゴム胴が第４のゴム胴に、
夫々当接可能である形式のものに関する。
従来の技術 上述の形式の印刷ユニツトは、Oscar Freiの専門書、
「技術、システム、機械」の11頁、第21図、第４表
（“Techniken,Systeme,Maschinen"von Oscar Frei,Pol
ygraphverlag,auf Seite 11,abbildung 21,Darstellung
4）に公開されている。この公知の８胴型印刷ユニツト
の欠点は、2/1印刷乃至は1/2印刷を行う際、つまり２重
の表刷りと１重の裏刷り又はその逆の印刷を行う際、版
胴とゴム胴とから成る印刷ユニツトを印刷技術的に無効
力にしなければならず、１方では同時に、ゴム胴が対応
圧胴として必要になるという点である。つまりその欠点
とは、時に不必要な版胴を運転から分離して運転停止す
ると、対応圧胴として必要なゴム胴によつて経費が高く
つくことになり、乃至は付加的な対策が必要になるとい
うことである。この場合同じようなことが、版胴に配設
された不必要なインキ装置にも当て嵌まる。
発明が解決しようとする課題 本発明の課題は、冒頭で述べた形式の８胴型印刷ユニ
ツトを改良して、2/1乃至1/2印刷が可能であつて、その
ために印刷技術的に余分なゴム胴が対応圧胴として必要
になることのないような、８胴型印刷ユニツトを提供す
ることにある。
課題を解決するための手段 本発明では、ウエブ上で2/1又は1/2印刷を行うため
に、第３のゴム胴と第１のゴム胴とが第２のゴム胴に当
接可能であり、その際第４のゴム胴は第２のゴム胴によ
つて離隔せしめられるような機構を有していることによ
り、上記課題を解決することができた。
発明の効果 本発明の顕著な利点は、本発明の2/1印刷の際、第４
のゴム胴を第３のゴム胴から分離することにより、第２
のゴム胴によつて塗着された色のずれ写りが、発生しな
いようになるということである。
実施例 本発明の実施例を図面に示し、次に実施例に基いて本
発明を説明する。
第１図の下方部分には、本発明に基いて配置されたゴ
ム胴1,2,3及び４が図示されており、その夫々に、版胴1
0,20,30及び40が図示の形式で配設されている。第１図
の胴１乃至４及び10乃至40の本発明に基づく配置によ
り、現状の技術とは対照的に、第４のゴム胴４から分離
された第３のゴム胴３を同じように第２のゴム胴に当接
することが可能になる。その結果、図示の形式でゴム胴
間を案内されている印刷支持ウエブ５には、ゴム胴１と
３とを介しての２重の表刷りと、ゴム胴２を介しての１
重の裏刷りとが行われるようになる。つまり三角形の符
号で示されているように、第１図の下方に図示の印刷ユ
ニツト６内の本発明の胴配置により、印刷支持ウエブ５
には2/1印刷が施されるようになる。
印刷ユニツト６の上方に別の印刷ユニツト７を設ける
と有利であり、第１図の本発明の胴配置にあつては、選
択的に4/2印刷も可能となる。印刷ユニツト７は、印刷
ユニツト６と同一に組み立てられている。従つて個々の
部品には同一の符号が使用されている。但し区別するた
め、夫々にアポストロフが付されている。
第２図には、本発明の胴配置に基づく印刷ユニツトが
図示されており、該配置にあつては、印刷ユニツト６で
１つの2/2印刷が、又印刷ユニツト７で同じように１つ
の2/2印刷が、夫々可能である。そのため印刷支持ウエ
ブ５の貫通後は、印刷ユニツトによつて該ウエブ５に4/
4印刷が施されることになる。第２図に図示のように、
この場合第３のゴム胴が第４のゴム胴に当接しており、
かつゴム胴１は、ゴム胴２上でこの両者から離隔されて
いる。
胴の調節乃至旋回は、従来の形式で、例えば一般に公
知の偏心軸受によつてこれを行うことができる。
本発明の枠内で胴配置は、鏡像対称状乃至は“側部反
転状”であつても宜い。
本発明の枠内で別の代案として可能なことは、2/1印
刷乃至4/2印刷を行うことのできる第１図の胴位置にあ
つて、胴３乃至３′が不動に起立している場合、2/2印
刷乃至4/4印刷を行うために、胴４乃至４′を胴３乃至
３′に当接せしめることができることである。

図面は本発明の実施例を示すもので、第１図は本発明の
2/1乃至4/2運転形式における２重の８胴型印刷ユニツト
の配置図、第２図は2/2乃至4/4運転形式における第１図
に基づく印刷ユニツトの図である。 1,2,3,4……ゴム胴、10,20,30,40……版胴、５……印刷
支持ウエブ、6,7……印刷ユニツト

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】第１、第２、第３及び第４ゴム胴を備えた
    ８胴型印刷ユニツトであつて、その夫々のゴム胴に版胴
    が配設されており、その版胴によつて、ウエブ上で２重
    の表刷りと２重の裏刷りとを行うために、第１のゴム胴
    が第２のゴム胴に、又第３のゴム胴が第４のゴム胴に、
    夫々当接可能である形式のものにおいて、ウエブ上で2/
    1又は1/2印刷を行うために、第３のゴム胴と第１のゴム
    胴とが第２のゴム胴に当接可能であり、その際第４のゴ
    ム胴は第２のゴム胴によつて離隔せしめられるような機
    構を有していることを特徴とする８胴型印刷ユニツト。
  2. 【請求項２】２つの８胴型印刷機が、上下に２重に配置
    されており、かつ印刷支持ウエブが、第１及び第２の８
    胴型印刷ユニツトの互いに当接可能なゴム胴の間を案内
    されていることを特徴とする、請求項１記載の８胴型印
    刷ユニツト。
  3. 【請求項３】胴が鏡像対称的に配置されていることを特
    徴とする、請求項１記載の８胴型印刷ユニツト。
  4. 【請求項４】第２のゴム胴に当接せしめられた第３のゴ
    ム胴にあつては、第４のゴム胴が第３のゴム胴に当接可
    能であることを特徴とする、請求項１記載の８胴型印刷
    ユニツト。
