Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve humidifying efficiency without increasing the number of humidifying plates by a method wherein the title humidifier has a water tank which receives water to be used for humidifying, a large number of approximately hook shaped humidifying plates and water absorbing plates provided in the water tank, which form spaces between the humidifying plates, and holes are provided on the humidifying plates. CONSTITUTION:To the top of an external frame 101, water to be used for humidifying is received, and on one side surface of a water tank 102 which is formed at a corner of the external frame 101, a water feed port 103 is provided, and in the external frame 101, a large number of vertically erected humidifying plates 104 are provided. The humidifying plate 104 has a hole 105 and is formed into an approximate hook shape, is rectangular to one wall surface in the water tank 102, and water absorbing plates 104 are provided so that approximately equal spaces 106a are formed between respective humidifying plates 104. Water from the water feed port 103 is sucked up by the water absorbing plates 106 and contained in a large number of humidifying plates 104. When hot air is blown through spaces 106a between humidifying plates 104, air which is humidified by coming into contact with the humidifying plates 104 while being rectified, and air which becomes a turbulence in the space 106a by the hole 105 on the humidifying plate 104 and is humidified by this hole 105 is blown into a room.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, humidifiers incorporated in this type of air conditioning ventilation unit, etc. prevent indoor air from drying out by heating. A water tank part 2 that receives water for humidification in the upper part of the interior of the tank part 1, a water supply port 3 provided on the side surface of the water tank part 2, and a number of humidifying plates vertically installed inside the outer frame 1. There are 4. This humidifying plate 4 is formed into a substantially hook shape, and is provided with water absorbing plates 5 which are orthogonally combined in the water tank section 2 . By combining the water absorbing plates 6, the υ interval 5a is maintained, and the water absorbing plates 6 are immersed in water absorbed from the water supply port 3 in the water tank section 2, and the water is passed through the water absorbing plates 6 to the humidifying plate 6. In this conventional configuration, the warm air passing through the gaps 5a between the humidifying plates 4 is rectified by the humidifying plates 4. As a result, the warm air that passes through without contacting the humidifying plates 4 acts as a bypass factor, making it impossible to obtain sufficient humidifying capacity. Therefore, the number of humidifying plates 40 has to be increased and the interval 5a between the humidifying plates 4 has to be narrowed. I had to. As a result, increasing the number of humidifying plates 4 as in the former case results in the problem of a cost-effective doorknob, and as in the latter case, reducing the interval 5a between the humidifying plates 4 increases pressure loss and makes it difficult for hot air to pass through.

Means for Solving the Problem In order to solve this problem, the present invention comprises an outer frame, a water tank section above the outer frame for receiving water for humidification, and a water supply port on the side surface of the water tank section. , a plurality of substantially hook-shaped humidifying plates vertically arranged in the outer frame; It has a water absorbing plate installed inside the water tank,
The humidifying plate is provided with at least one hole.

Function: With this configuration, the warm air passing through the humidifying plate space causes turbulence in addition to the humidified air that passes through the humidifying plate space, and the humidified air flows through the holes provided in the humidifying plate. This also improves the efficiency of humidification.

In the above configuration, the water supply port 103 provided in the water tank section 102
The water from the water is sucked up by the water absorbing plate 106 in the water tank 102, is contained in a large number of humidifying plates 104, and is transported there as shown in FIG.
As shown by the large arrow in FIG.
When hot air is passed through a, the - side contacts the humidifying plate 104 and is rectified and humidified air, and the other side is the air that is humidified through the holes 1 of the humidifying plate 104.
06, the humidified air is blown into the room through the holes 105 in a turbulent flow at the interval 106a between the humidifying plates 104.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the above embodiments, the present invention has a structure in which holes are provided in each humidifying plate, so hot air is passed between the humidifying plates and rectified, making it impossible to sufficiently humidify. Therefore, the number of humidifying plates increased and the cost increased.
By narrowing the gap between the humidifying plates, the pressure drop is high, and the hot air does not pass through the humidifying plates. On the other hand, a turbulent flow is generated between the humidifying plates through the holes provided in the humidifying plate, and humidified air is generated through the holes, and the water contained in the humidifying plate can be sufficiently humidified, resulting in efficient humidification. It is effective.
