Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a flow of water, prevent fur from being accumulated on flat plates and further prevent a decline of performance by a method wherein a lower storing frame for use in fixing the other ends of the flat plates where humidifying water is contacted and flows out is formed in such a way as the other ends of the flat plates are not entirely covered. CONSTITUTION:Flat plates 11 are arranged in parallel to each other and one end portions 11a are contacted with humidifying water. Upper storing frame 15a for use in fixing the upper portions of the flat plates 11 and lower storing frame 18 for fixing the other lower end portions 11b are formed to have a narrower width than that of the flat plates 11 in such a way that the other end portions 11b are not covered for entire area. That is, a plurality of flat plates 11 for use in humidifying air are fixed to each of the storing frames 15a and 18 at their upper end lower portions, and the lower ends where the water flows out are fixed by the narrow width storing frame 18. Therefore, water sucked by the flat plates 11 flows out smoothly from the other end portions 11b without being disturbed by the storing frame 18, resulting in that fur is hardly accumulated and a performance is not deteriorated.

The conventional humidifier is constructed as described above, and the upper and lower parts of each lower plate 11 are covered with storage frames 15a and 15b, so that the water stored in the flat plate 11 is difficult to flow from the other end 11b, and the water is In some cases, water flow becomes poor and limescale etc. accumulates on the flat plate 11. In this case, the performance of the humidifier deteriorates, and furthermore, it is difficult to dispose of the humidifier.

The humidifier of the present invention has flat plates made of a plurality of hydrophilic materials arranged in parallel with each other, one end of which is in contact with humidifying water in a water tank, and the other lower end of the flat plates extends over the entire area. A storage frame is attached to the flat plate to prevent the problem from occurring.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a first embodiment of the present invention, showing the main parts of a humidifying element. In the figure, reference numeral 11 denotes a lower plate made of a plurality of hydrophilic plastic materials disposed in the air passage, which are arranged parallel to each other, and have one end 11a.
Although not shown, it is in contact with humidifying water in the water tank.

As described above, the upper and lower portions (other end portions 11b) of the plurality of flat plates 11 that humidify the air are arranged in storage frames 15a and 18, respectively.
The lower end on the side where water flows out is fixed by a narrow storage frame 18. In addition, grooves are formed in the storage frames 15a and 18 at equal intervals, and the flat plate 11 is completely fitted into the grooves with appropriate intervals. and,
The water absorbed by the flat plate 11 is removed from the lower storage frame 18 by the flat plate 1.
Since the width is narrower than the do end face of No. 1, it flows out smoothly from the other end ttb without being obstructed by the storage frame 18. Therefore, it is difficult for limescale etc. to accumulate on the flat plate 11, and the performance is not deteriorated. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a lower storage frame 20 for fixing the other end flb of the flat plate 11 is provided with a long hole 20a into which the other end 11b of the flat plate 11 is fitted. The tip of the portion 11b is made small,
Its tip is fitted into the elongated hole 20a. Therefore, the shape of the storage frame 20 does not become large, and as shown in FIG. 3, water flows well as in the above embodiment, and limescale etc. are difficult to accumulate on the flat plate 11.

Further, FIG. 4 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the -upper storage frame is integrally formed with the water tank 21, and this configuration reduces the number of parts and reduces costs. Furthermore, the structure is simple and assembly work is easy. Figure 5 is A- of Figure 4.
A cross-sectional view taken along line A is shown.

In each of the above embodiments, the storage frame 18 having a narrow end surface from which water flows out from the flat plate 11 and the storage frame 20 having a plurality of elongated holes 20a into which the end surface of the flat plate 11 is fitted have been described. A comparatively wide grooved storage frame with two or three large holes in the center for water outflow can also achieve the same effect as the above embodiment.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the lower storage frame that fixes the other end of the flat plate from which water flows out is formed so that the other end of the flat plate is not covered over the entire area, so that the structure is simple. The effect is that water flows better, limescale etc. are less likely to accumulate on the flat plate, and performance deterioration can be prevented.
