Claims (1)

じて抵抗値が変化する複数のゲージ抵抗部とそれ
らの抵抗部を接続する導体部とを有して、ホイー
トストーンブリツジ回路を構成する薄膜回路体を
設け、この薄膜回路体の各端子にリード線の一方
の端部を接続してなるロードセルにおいて、上記
リード線の他方の端部を上記起歪体に固定すると
ともに、該リード線の接続部を含む上記薄膜回路
体の全面を非硬化性防湿材で被覆したことを特徴
