この考案は醸造用堅型梢米装置における精白転子に係る
ものである.
(従来の技術冫
IIIIyR用精米装置における精白転子は堅型梢白室
内に研削砥石I1梢白転子を回転自在な主軸に組込んだ
ものが使用されている.例えば特公昭28一4012号
公報には多段式の槓白転子が開示されており、11開昭
58−128152号公報には従来使用されている各種
形状のものが掲載されている.
しかし、精白転子に使用される研削砥石の粒度は、上か
ら下まで同じものが使用されている.《発明が解決しよ
うとする問題点》
精白転子にIIK粒の研削砥石のみを使用したものは,
猜米初期には精白がはやく進行するが、高度精白になる
とおそい.また,密粒の研削砥石のみを使用したものは
高度精白になるとよく研削できるが,精米初期には研削
の能率が悪く、梢白むらができるという問題点がある,

これらの問題点を解決するために堅1ft清米装置の梢
白転子として、上部に粗粒の研削砥石を組込み、下部に
は密粒の研削砥石を組込む.(作用)
稍米初期には土として■粒の研削砥石で能率よく精白さ
れ、高度桔白Cこなると畜粒の研削砥石で能率よ< 1

r4II砥石を.下部に密粒の研削砥石を組込むことに
より、上部で米粒の表面についたやや深い研削傷が下部
の密粒の研削砥石によってなめらかになる.
《効果》
密粒の研削砥石のみを使用した稍白転子では、稍米初期
の研削能率が悪く、桔白むらができるという+51 !
