【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案の一実施例であるラベル供給装
置の要部斜視図、第２Ａ〜２Ｆ図は折返し機構の
動作順を示す図で、第２Ａ図はテープ状ラベルが
送出されたとき、第２Ｂ図はラベルガイドを閉じ
て保持したとき、第２Ｃ図はラベルを保持して半
回転したとき、第２Ｄ図はクランプ片でクランプ
したとき、第２Ｅ図はメス機構によつて切断した
とき、第２Ｆ図はラベルガイドを開いたときをそ
れぞれ示す。第３図はミシンに設けたラベル供給
装置全体の斜視図、第４図はラベル挿入機構の要
部斜視図、第５図は二つ折りにされたラベルが揃
つている場合、第６図はずれている場合の斜視図
である。 ３……ラベル、１６……折返し棒、１８……ラ
ベル折返し用エアシリンダー、３３……クランプ
、３４……クランプ解放用エアシリンダー、５１
……ゴム、５２……ラベルガイド、５４……エア
シリンダー。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) リールよりテープ状のラベルを繰出すラベ
    ル供給ローラと、ラベルの切断マークを検出し、
    それにより供給ローラの駆動を停止する検知機構
    と、ラベルガイドと押え部材を有し、供給ローラ
    より送出されたラベルを通して半回転することに
    よりラベルを折返す折返し機構と、ラベルを切断
    マーク位置で切断するメス機構と、二つ折りにし
    て切断されたラベルをクランプし、ミシンの縫合
    部に供給するラベル挿入機構とからなり、ラベル
    を二つに折り重ねてその開放端を被縫製物に縫付
    けるのに使用されるミシンのラベル供給装置にお
    いて、上記ラベルガイドと押え部材は一方または
    双方が開閉可能で、折返し時にラベルの折曲部を
    保持することを特徴とするラベル供給装置。 (2) 押え部材と協働してラベルを保持するラベ
    ルガイドの保持部には弾性材が設けられる請求項
    １記載のラベル供給装置。
