地の両端部を縫着するための作動説明用側断面図

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 長尺状テープ生地１の送り出し用ローラ２，２
    、カツター３及び往復動並びに回動自在なクリツ
    プ７を夫々順次並列状に設け、更に所要距離を隔
    てた位置にミシンの縫製面２０を設け、同縫製面
    上に押圧自在な押圧片２３を設けると共に縫製面
    ２０の一側方に往復動自在で且つ縫製面２０に対
    して押圧自在な押えロツド２８を設け、更に前記
    カツターと縫製面２０のほぼ中間位置に長尺状テ
    ープ生地１の押下げ半折用押圧ロツド３１を昇降
    自在に設け、長尺状テープ生地１を定寸送り出し
    てテープ生地先端を縫製面上まで搬送し、同生地
    端を押圧した状態で、更にテープ生地を定寸送り
    出して押下げ半折し、テープ生地の後端を反転し
    て、テープ生地１の両端を重合し、同重合部をミ
    シンの位置まで搬送して重合部を縫着するように
    構成したことを特徴とする輪状テープ生地の形成
    装置。
