Abstract

PURPOSE:To make efficient sliding of an oil-feeding hose possible by a method wherein a connecting hose is joined in a way of being capable of bending in a top case with a swivel joint to an extension pipe for oil supply that is connected to an oil supply pipe erected inside the case and is extended horizontally. CONSTITUTION:One end of an oil supply pipe 13 is connected to an oil supply pipe 13' with a fixed joint 16 in a top case 4 and is extended to the center of the top case 4. One end of a strong wire-reinforced connecting hose 18 is connected to the end of the extended oil supply pipe 13' with a swivel joint 17 and the other end thereof is projected outside through a long slit 19 that is provided on the side of the case in a length extending over almost all of its breadthwise length, and is connected to the base of an oil-feeding hose 5 with a joint 20. With an arrangement as mentioned above, the connecting hose 18 becomes able to make horizontal swiveling in the top case around the fixed joint 16 on its one end, and thereby the joint 20 connecting the oil-feeding hose on the other end of the connecting hose 18 becomes able to make a wide-ranged movement, requiring less force for the movement and assuring easy and precise operation with less possibility of breakdown.

In such fixed refueling devices, the root of the refueling hose with a nozzle valve at the tip is usually fixed to the upper side of the case, and the length of the refueling hose outside the case must be within a certain length by law. Since it is determined that
The refueling area was limited to a circle with the base as the center and the radius of the hose length.

Therefore, by moving the base support of the refueling hose outside the case, we have created a refueling device that can expand the reach of the nozzle valve at the tip, that is, the refueling range.
The applicant previously filed an application for JP-A-53-112514.

This is done by providing a horizontal hole in the front or side of the refueling machine case, inserting the hose through the hole, letting the hose slack in the case to fix the base, and attaching it to a movable piece that moves along the hole. The hose is fixed in the middle, keeping the exposed length of the hose constant.

In this Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 53-112514, the slack of the hose inside the case is U-shaped at the top and bottom.
Since there are other instruments inside the case, it is not possible to secure sufficient space, and it is not possible to take up a large amount of slack in this hose.

On the other hand, the root part of the refueling hose was connected via a joint to the refueling pipe raised in the upper part of the case, and the middle of the refueling hose was further raised inside the case to form an upside down U-shape.
It is also conceivable that it is led out of the case via a joint, and that this joint portion slides along the case. (Utility Model Application No. 59-126900, Utility Model Application No. 59-14
(Refer to Japanese Patent Publication No. 3998) In this way, by curving the hose into an inverted U-shape to ensure slack, the entire case can be stretched upward to secure storage space.

However, as the slide length becomes longer, the length of the hose that is curved into an inverted U-shape inside the case also becomes longer.
As a result, a case large enough to accommodate such a hose is required, resulting in an increase in the size of the case.

Furthermore, in any of these cases, if the position where the oil supply pipe rises into the case is close to the position where the hose leads out of the case, the length of the hose that is raised cleanly inside the case must be adjusted. It is difficult to keep it long enough, and as a result,
The sliding length of the hose is also short, and the expansion of the refueling range is only slight.

In addition, a hose in which the movement of the hose is held by rollers is shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-1000, but in this case, the upper part of the case is extended horizontally, and the hose is moved by rollers inside the case. This is to ensure that the case is sagging, but it also has the disadvantage of increasing the size of the case. Furthermore, the elasticity of the slack in the hose housed in the case also prevents the movement of the rollers, making it impossible to expect smooth hose movement.

An object of the present invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the conventional example, and to secure a sufficient length of the refueling pipe or refueling hose inside the case when moving the root support part of the refueling hose outside the case. It is possible to obtain a long travel distance, and
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a refueling device that does not require a large case and allows smooth movement of a hose.

Next, to explain how to use and operate, the connecting hose 18 inside the case 4 is rigid and exerts repulsive elastic force in a curved state, so the trolley 23 and the joint 20 held by it are always guided. It is located at one end of the rail 22, abutting a stopper 24.

To refuel, the nozzle valve 15 is removed from the nozzle hook 14 and inserted into the fuel filler port of the vehicle. At this time,
Since the truck 23 freely moves laterally on the guide rail 22, the joint part 20 also moves accordingly, and the oil supply area becomes an oval shape, making it possible to expand the oil supply area by that much more than before.

In this way, the roots of the hoses 5 and 5' move freely along the sides of the case 4 for refueling, but when the trolley 23 is located in the center of the guide rail 22, the joint 21c moves along the side of the case 4 as described above. Since it protrudes outward to the maximum, hoses 5 and 5'

There is no risk of getting entangled with 4. Furthermore, when the trolley 23 and the joint part 20 are located at one end of the guide rail 22 and refueling is performed in front of the other end, if the middle of the refueling hose 5.5' tries to touch the corner of the nozzle hook 14, the hose Guard 2

After refueling, if you apply the nozzle valve 15 to the nozzle hook 14, the output from the nozzle switch 12 will change, the motor 7 and pump 6 will stop, and the entire refueling operation will be completed. The trolley 23 and the joint 20 automatically move to either end of the guide rail 22 due to the elastic force of the connecting hose 18, whose one end is fixed to one side of the swivel joint 17, trying to extend from the curved state. It is possible to prevent the hose 55' from becoming kinked and obstructing the nozzle valve 15 from being unlatched.
