Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain short fiber yarns, at high productivity, by simultaneously supplying them to both centrifugal spindles winding them in a working process in a given time band, to twine the drawn fiber yarns in two stages. CONSTITUTION: This method is to draw, by means of a drawing device 1, short fiber yarns 9 passing through an opened stopping device 2, send them to the centrifugal spindle 6 from the discharge port 4, during which they are partly twined, while withdrawing the short fiber yarns 10 from the centrifugal spindle 7 to be wound on the winding device 9, during which they are twined completely. During this time band, sending the short fiber yarns 11 to the discharge port 5 is suspended by the stopping device 5. The stopping device 5 is opened, on completion of the corresponding preparation process, and the short fiber yarns 11 are supplied to the centrifugal spindle 7, to allow the above steps to proceed in the reversed order. The working process is timed in such a way to simultaneously supply the short fiber yarns 9, 11 to both centrifugal spindles 6, 7 in a given time band.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a method for producing short fiber yarn which is heated (heated) in two stages by two centrifugal spindles belonging to a stretching device and a winding device. The filamentous fiber material is supplied alternately to two centrifugal spindles, where it is partially compressed, then withdrawn, and then wound up with further compression. The present invention relates to a method for producing short fiber yarn (as described in the generic part of item 1).

feeding the striated fiber material from a conventional striation device into one of two centrifugal spindles formed on the underside of the striation device;
It is already known to withdraw the yarn from the other centrifugal spindle, which is already filled with partially twisted fiber material, and to scrape it off while adding the remaining twist (

). It is also known to simultaneously feed fiber material into two centrifugal spindles, and to draw out the thread material from the two filled centrifugal spindles and wind it up (see DE 22 29 263 A1).

Both of these systems have the disadvantage that the wire device is provided with only one delivery point for each of the two centrifugal spindles. The filamented fiber material is therefore subject to considerable deflection on the way to the corresponding centrifugal spindle, which deflection can lead to a stagnation of the twist and is accompanied by a high risk of breaking the yarn.

All these known methods and devices require only one delivery point for the two centrifugal spindles.
It has its drawbacks. Only when one centrifugal spindle is filled can the fiber material be fed to the other centrifugal spindle.

This means that if the profit-earning speed is higher than the feed rate of the filament device, or if the sum of the time of the winding process and the IH:f of the preparation process for the subsequent feeding process is shorter than the time of the feeding process, Immediately after the completion of the preparation process,
At this point, one centrifugal spindle has not yet been fed with fiber material, which means that the other centrifugal spindle cannot be fed with fiber material again. This results in longer downtimes or longer dead times in the winding process, which has a disadvantageous effect on the throughput.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by introducing a wired fiber material into each centrifugal spindle from a delivery point located concentrically with respect to it, so that each centrifugal spindle is partially filled with wired fiber material. After that, the feeding of the filamented fiber material is interrupted until the next feeding process is started, and during the course of the working process at a given time, both centrifugal spindles carrying out the winding operation are simultaneously fed. (2) This is achieved by supplying the fiber material to the shell. Between the winding and feeding operations of each centrifugal spindle, a preparatory step takes place during which the centrifugal spindles are alternately cleaned or prepared for the next feeding step.

The working area shown in FIG. The filament device 1 is equipped with a fiber material stopping device 2, 3, a delivery point 4, 5, a centrifugal spindle 6.7 and a winding device 8 in its population. The centrifugal spindle 6.7 is located concentrically with respect to the delivery points 4, 5, and only its bearings and drive are shown schematically. According to the invention, the fiber material 9 passes through an open fiber material stop 2, is drawn in the drawing device 1 and is fed from the delivery point 4 to one of the centrifugal spindles 6 without any deflection,
A portion of the twist is then already applied to the fiber material 9.

During this process, the partially twisted fiber material 10 is withdrawn from the other centrifugal spindle 7 and wound up by the winding device 8, at which time the remaining twist is applied to the fiber material 10. At this time, the supply of fiber material 11 to delivery point 5 is interrupted by fiber material stop device 3 . The supply of fiber material 9.11 can also be interrupted by other means. That is, this can also be done by stopping a part of the filament device 1. After the corresponding preparatory steps have been completed, the feeding of the fiber material 11 is started by opening the fiber material stop device 3 and the delivery process to the centrifugal spindle 7 is started, and the steps described above proceed in reverse order.

Figures 2b and 2c show the expected time deviations within the limits. In FIG. 2b, the winding process in the centrifugal spindle 7 almost coincides with the winding excess fz in the centrifugal spindle 6, and in FIG. 2C, the beginning of the winding process in the centrifugal spindle 6 is shown. This approximately coincides with the end of the winding process on the centrifugal spindle 7.

In each case, during the period of time marked T, both centrifugal spindles 6.7 are fed with fiber material 9.1]. As a result, for a predetermined period of time during each winding process,
More yarn is produced than would otherwise be possible based on the feed rate of the filament device 1. At the time indicated as preparation excess fz,
The current centrifugal spindle 6.7 is cleaned of any yarn material, lint or other volumes that may be present after the end of its winding process. Furthermore, at this time: 1), by changing the bobbin or, if several centrifugal spindle fillings are wound on one bobbin, the thread end on the bobbin is removed from the centrifugal spindle in the next winding process. By connecting to the incoming thread or by placing a new thread on the bobbin, the next weaving process for the other centrifugal spindle is prepared or started. During this preparation process, the respective centrifugal spindle can be stopped.
