Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は、スポット融着した合成繊維不織布を有する靴
裏地に関する。
(従来の技術) スポット融着したステープル不織布からなる靴裏地は知
られている。これは熱軟化可能な合成繊維、例えばポリ
アミド又はポリエステルからなる。かかる靴裏地は特に
運動靴やカジュアルシューズに使用される。
特にこうした強い荷重を受ける種類の靴では靴裏地に高
い耐摩耗性が要求される。それ故、互いにスポット熱融
着した合成繊維が耐摩耗性不織布表面を形成するのに特
に適している。
(発明が解決しようとする課題) しかしこの構造は著しい欠点として合成繊維不織布が足
の湿気を水蒸気として吸収蓄積することができず又は靴
の表甲に伝導することができない。かかる不織布の別の
欠点として外から表甲を通して浸透した水分が液相状態
で急激に吸収され毛管作用により靴の内部空間全体に分
散してしまう。それ故いずれの場合にも靴裏地は履用後
間もなく湿って冷たい感じとiQる。
履用感向上のため合成繊維不織布からなる靴裏地にセル
ロース繊維分を混和することが考えられよう。しかしこ
の場合排湿能力を高めると、かかる不織布には熱融着性
が欠けるので耐久性の急激な劣化を甘受しなければなら
ない。
本発明の目的は、周知靴裏地不織布の足側で耐摩耗性を
維持してその乾燥性を、靴を長く履用した場合でも高め
ることである。
(課題を解決するための手段) この目的を達成するために、本発明の靴裏地は、合成繊
維とセルロース繊維とを含むスポット熱融着したステー
プル不織布からなる靴裏地であって、足に面した層を熱
可塑性合成ステープルから構成し、セルロース繊維を3
0〜70重量%、熱可塑性合成繊維を70〜30重量%
含有した別の不織布層を裏側に接合した2層乃至3層構
造を特徴とする。本発明によれば、耐摩耗性を維持しな
がら耐久性にも又湿気を有利な形で制御することに関し
ても優れた効果を発揮することが見い出された。
足側不織布層は互いにスポット融着された熱可塑性合成
ステープルが、強い荷重を受ける運動靴又はカジュアル
シューズの要求条件にも耐える耐摩耗性面を提供する。
この足側繊維層は裏側が足の湿気を吸収する不織布層と
スポット融着してあり、不織布層は70〜30重量%の
熱可塑性合成繊維と−これと混合した一30〜70重量
%のセルロース系ビスコース繊維又は天然繊維とからな
る。この繊維層は足側合成繊維不織布から伝導された内
部湿気を水蒸気として吸収し、従ってこれを足から表甲
へと導く。
こうして長く履用しても乾いた感じの高耐摩耗性の足側
合成繊維層を有する靴裏地がいつでも得られる。
意外なことに靴裏地の本発明構成から更に2つの利点が
得られる。一方で多層不織布裏地は純粋の合成繊維から
なるものより本質的に柔らかく、つまり織物に類似した
感じとなる。他方、予想もしないことであったが表甲を
通して外から浸透した水分が靴の内部空間内に拡散する
早さは合成繊維裏地の場合の約半分にすぎないことが判
明した。
液相の形の湿気により誘起されたセルロース繊維の膨潤
は、明らかに、本来予想される足側合成繊維層内への水
分の毛管伝導を防止する蓄積作用を生じる。
セルロース繊維の微量分を30%以下に下げると導湿能
力と柔らかさが失われる。この場合層は湿気があるとき
純粋合成繊維層と同じ挙動を示す。70重量%を超える
セルロース繊維を含有しているとこの繊維に熱融着性が
欠けるので当該層の内部でそれを強固に保持することも
又隣接する単数又は複数の層の合成繊維とスポット融着
によってそれを接合することも保証されなくなる。
セルロース繊維の選択時、場合によって利用可能となる
ビスコース繊維、つまり植物系の天然高分子からなる繊
維に手をつけることになる。
この場合使用できるステープル長は決定的でない。
天然繊維を使用する場合には綿繊維も等しく本発明に利
用できる。しかし綿繊維と熱可塑性繊維との混合物は前
者の横断面が捩じれて平らであるので融着性が多少劣り
、それ故この場合融着性合成繊維の割合を本発明の枠内
で高めねばならないであろう。
本発明による靴裏地の格別好ましい構成が3層構造であ
り、この場合セルロース繊維含有層は両面が各1つの合
成繊維層とスポット熱融着しである。この変種の利点と
して側面を間違えても問題ないので未熟な者でも加工を
行うことができる。
合成繊維の選択は本発明の解決策にとって決定的でない
。本質的なのは、利用する合成繊維が全て容易にスポッ
ト融着可能であり、即ち圧力と熱を加えれば良接着性で
あることだけである。
それ故好適な繊維は単成分繊維又は多成分繊維としてポ
リプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエステル又はポリア
ミド等の1種又は複数種の材料からなる。
(実施例) 1、番手1.7dtexのポリアミド6繊維からなる繊
維ウェブ75g/n+2の裏面を番手1.7dtexの
ポリアミド6繊維40重量%と同じ番手のビスコース繊
維60重量%とからなる第2の被着層75g/m2で裏
張りする。この2層ウェブは21%の融着面を平滑ロー
ルと加熱したスポットエンボスロールとの間でスポット
融着する。繊維に作用する温度は212℃である。得ら
れる不織布は厚さが0.4mmである。
2、ポリアミド66成分とポリアミド6成分とを有する
番手3.3dtexの心繊維/外装繊維からなる繊維ウ
ェブ50g/m2を、ビスコース繊維60重量%と第1
繊維ウエブのコンジュゲートファイバ(複合繊維)40
重量%との混合物からなるウェブ層50g/m2で裏張
りする。ビスコース繊維は番手が1.7dtexである
。この両層に、第1コンジュゲートファイバ層と同じ特
徴を有する第3ウェブ層50g/m2を被着する。この
3層ウェブは実施例1と同様に17%の融着面を加熱ロ
ールでボンドする。ボンディング装置と作用温度は実施
例1と同じである。得られるスポットボンド繊維不織布
は厚さ0.6mである。
実施例1.2の製品は水蒸気の吸収、再放出の良さを特
徴としている。両方の数値は純粋合成繊維不織布のそれ
より約30%上である。
純粋合成繊維不織布と実施例2の本発明製品とについて
の2つの試験で湿潤挙動を測定した。
得られた数値は液相水分伝導能力を表す尺度である。
靴裏地の湿潤挙動(150g/m2) *す・ウィッキング(Re−Wicking)テスト:
試料条片を水に垂直に浸漬したとき水が特定の毛管上昇
高さを達成するまでの時間(秒)。
本発明による靴裏地は純粋合成繊維からなる製品に比べ
導水能力が約50%低下していることが判明した。
(発明の効果) 以上の通り、本発明によれば、耐摩耗性、耐久性、及び
乾燥性に優れた靴裏地が実現できる。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1 合成繊維とセルロース繊維とを含むスポット熱融着
    したステープル不織布からなる靴裏地であって、足に面
    した層を熱可塑性合成ステープルから構成し、セルロー
    ス繊維を30〜70重量%、熱可塑性合成繊維を70〜
    30重量%含有した別の不織布層を裏側に接合した2層
    乃至3層構造を特徴とする靴裏地。 2 セルロース繊維がビスコース繊維であることを特徴
    とする請求項1記載の靴裏地。 3 セルロース繊維が綿繊維であることを特徴とする請
    求項1記載の靴裏地。 4 セルロース繊維含有層の両面に各1つの合成繊維層
    をスポット融着したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の一
    に記載の靴裏地。 5 合成繊維がポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエ
    ステル又はポリアミドからなる単成分繊維又は多成分繊
    維であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の一に記載の靴
    裏地。
