の複写機の露光装置の構成を示す断面図、第２図
は本考案を適用した露光装置のレンズ近傍の構成
を詳細に示す断面図、第３図は上記構成の露光装
置のフレア率測定方法を示す説明図、第４図は補
正フイルタの入射側の面に無反射コート処理を施
した場合と施さない場合のフレア率の比較を示す
グラフである。 １……コンタクトガラス、２……原稿、３……
光源ランプ、５……レンズ、６……照度分布補正
フイルタ、７……照度分布補正層、８……無反射
コート層、１５……感光体。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光源を含む照明手段により全面照射された
原稿像を感光体表面に投影結像し全面同時露光す
るレンズ及び感光体表面上の照度を均一にするた
め上記レンズと感光体表面との間の光路に挿入さ
れた補正フイルタを有する複写機の露光装置にお
いて、 上記補正フイルタの少なくとも光入射側の面を
無反射コート処理したことを特徴とする露光装置
。 (2) 上記無反射コート処理は、補正フイルタの
補正用処理層に重ねて行なうことを特徴とする請
求項１に記載の露光装置。
