原稿像を感光体表面に投影結像し全面同時露光す
るレンズ及び感光体表面上の照度を均一にするた
め上記レンズと感光体表面との間の光路に挿入さ
れた補正フイルタを有する複写機の露光装置にお
いて、 上記補正フイルタの少なくとも光入射側の面を
無反射コート処理したことを特徴とする露光装置
。 (2) 上記無反射コート処理は、補正フイルタの
補正用処理層に重ねて行なうことを特徴とする請
