Claims (1)
- 投光素子から測距対象物に照射された光線ビー
ムの反射光を受光素子上に集光させ、受光素子上
の光量分布の重心位置変化量から測距対象物の変
位量を検出する三角測距式光電スイツチにおいて
、投光素子から測距対象物までの光路および測距
対象物から受光素子までの光路上に偏光方向が互
いに直交する偏光フイルタをそれぞれ配置したこ
とを特徴とする三角測距式光電スイツチ。
