Abstract

PURPOSE:To always clean a filter by providing a fan mounted in an exhaust port, a rotatable filter mounted in front of the fan, and fan and filter driving means. CONSTITUTION:The air in a room is evacuated through a filter 7 by the rotation of a fan 3a. When, oil, dusts are adhered to the filter 7, the filter 7 is rotated by a driver 6 as required or at each predetermined time. Oil, dusts scattered by a centrifugal force are received by a waste receiver 8, fed to a pipe 9, and collected to a waste reservoir 10. When the driver 6 is driven, a driver 5a for the fan 3a is also driven to prevent offensive odor of the waste generated when the filter 7 is rotated from diffusing in the room or the scattered waste from dropping in the room. A sensor 15 for detecting the contamination degree of the filter 7 is provided to confirm the degree of the filter 7 by a controller to drive the driver 5 or to automatically clean the filter 7 by adding a heater to the filter 7, thereby always supplying a clean filter.

Conventional Technology Nowadays, hood-type exhaust devices are often used as exhaust devices in kitchens. This is a side cross-sectional view of the device. In Figure 3, 1 is a hood projecting into the kitchen, 2 is a mesh filter installed at the intake port of hood 1, and 3 is a fan installed at the exhaust port. , 4 indicates a cooking edge, and 5 indicates a drive device for rotating the fan 3.The operation of the hood type exhaust device configured as above will be explained below. The present invention will solve the problem even if a mesh filter 2 is provided on the heating cooker 4 and installed at the intake port to protect the fan 3 from contamination due to oily smoke generated during cooking. The fan 3 is rotated by the drive device 5 to exhaust air. The problem with such a conventional hood-type exhaust device is that the oily smoke generated during cooking adheres to the mesh filter 2 and promotes the adhesion of dust and dirt, thereby contaminating the filter 2. Traditionally, such problems have been dealt with by replacing the filter or cleaning the filter. (1) The present invention provides an exhaust system that can solve such problems even if the pollution caused by oil smoke is severe and it becomes necessary to replace or clean it in a short period of time, and the cost required for replacement and the time and effort required for cleaning become problems. In order to solve the problem, the exhaust system of the present invention (companion) includes a fan installed at an exhaust port,
The exhaust system of the present invention is composed of a rotatable filter installed in front of the fan, and driving means for the fan and the filter. Embodiment in which oil and dust adhering to the filter can be removed by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the filter, and the filter can be constantly cleaned with a simple operation Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. A side cross-sectional view of the exhaust system according to the first embodiment of the present invention is shown. In the same figure, 5a and 6 are fans 3a, and a filter 7 drive device 8 is a waste receptacle provided around the filter 7. 9 is a pipe "jS" connected to the waste receiver 8 and used to pour the waste into the waste at a uniform temperature of 1°.
12 is a fan waste receptacle provided around the fan 3a; 13 is a communication hole 14 connecting the fan waste receptacle 12 and the pipe 9; 15 is a cover provided on the entire surface of the filter 7; This is a sensor for detecting the degree of contamination provided above. The same parts as in Fig. 3 are given the same numbers and the explanation is omitted. Regarding the exhaust system of this embodiment configured as above,
The operation will be explained below, but when the indoor air is exhausted through the filter 7 by the rotation of the fan 3a, when oil or dust adheres to the filter 7. Even if the filter 7 is rotated for a certain period of time by the drive device 6 driven by the centrifugal force of the rotation, the oil and dust ζ scattered by the centrifugal force of the rotation are stopped by the waste receiver 8, flow into the pipe 9 by the slope, and are collected in the waste isothermal temperature 10. Rare a
When the drive device 6 for the filter 7 is driven, the drive device 5a for the fan 3a is also driven by the control device, which prevents the waste odor generated when the filter 7 rotates from spreading into the room and the scattered waste from falling into the room. In addition, in the fan 3a, the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the fan 3a scatters the oil and dust attached to the fan 3a, which is stopped by the fan waste receiver 12 and passes through the communication hole 13 to equalize the temperature of the waste. Also, if sensor 15 is installed on top of filter 7,
It is also possible to measure the amount of oil smoke reaching 500 ml using the output value of the sensor, check the degree of contamination of the filter using the control device, and automatically drive the filter drive device 6 together with the fan drive device 5a. Heater at 7 (
(not shown) (for example, by forming the filter 7 with a resistor such as porous ceramic and removing electrodes to add a heater function), the centrifugal force will incinerate the deposits that could not be completely removed. As described above, according to this embodiment, by rotating the EL filter 7,
The deposits are removed by centrifugal force and collected in the waste soaking tank 10. It is no longer necessary to replace or clean the filter, reducing the cost of replacing the filter and the effort required for cleaning. It also detects the degree of contamination of the filter 7. sensor 15
By installing a controller to check the degree of contamination of the filter 7 and driving the drive device 5, or by adding a heater to the filter 7, the filter 7 is automatically cleaned and a clean filter is always supplied. FIG. 2 shows a side sectional view of an exhaust system according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, 9a is a pipe connecting the waste receptacle 8 and the sewage pipe 16. Items that are the same as those in Figure 1 are given the same numbers and explanations are omitted, but this book is constructed as described above. In the exhaust system of the embodiment, a waste receiver 8 is connected to a sewer pipe 16 via a vibrator 9a. will be disposed of.
