Abstract

PURPOSE:To transport load efficiently, safely and surely by constituting an elevator door controller so that the same floor stop of a cage in the interlocking operation other than a specific master car is detected and the door opening operation is controlled when a door opening button of the master car is operated. CONSTITUTION:When a same floor stop detection relay 5 detects the stop of the A and B machines on a same floor, for example, in case of stop on the fourth floor, the A and B machines close the respective floor switches 4F, and the same floor stop detection relay 5 is energized in the circuit (+)-(4F-A)-(4F- B)-(4b-B)-(2b)-(5)-(-). In the A machine, if a B machine door opening instruction lamp lights up and a door opening button is pressed, the door of the B machine opens. When loads are loaded on the A and B machines whose doors are opened, and transported, the cages on which loading is completed are transported to the destination floors in succession, and an operator gets on the A machine which is designated as master car reaches the destination floor, and when the door pushing button of the master car is pushed, the door is opened. Accordingly, each cage in interlocking operation is prevented from being opened inadvertently at the destination floor, and safety is secured.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, there has been a door control device of this type for side-by-side elevators as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 119575/1983. This conventional door control device for side-by-side elevators is shown in Figures 4 to 6.
Figure 4 is an energizing circuit diagram of the dedicated switch for switching to the conventional operation mode and its dedicated operation command relay, and Figure 5 is
6 is a circuit diagram for disabling the hall call registration circuit. In each of the above figures, the conventional door control device for parallel elevators disables all the hall calls of multiple elevators installed in parallel when the special switch 1 for car call volume registration is turned on. When a call is registered, car calls of other elevators are also registered at the same time, and the same floor is serviced at the same time for the registered car calls.

Next, the operation of the apparatus of this embodiment based on the above configuration will be explained. First, regarding normal door opening/closing operations, machines A and B operate completely independently. To explain with respect to machine B, in FIG. 3, the normally closed contacts (16a-B) close when the door non-interference time elapses after the stop door has been opened. A large amount of luggage was loaded into each of the A and B cars with the doors opened,
When this cargo is to be transported from the first floor, the carts that have been loaded are sequentially dispatched to the destination floor. Car No. A, which is set as the master car, arrives at the destination floor with an operator on board at the end. The door of the cooperative operation car (car B) other than the master car does not open even when it reaches the destination floor, but when the master car car A arrives and presses the door open button of the master car, the door opens. Therefore, the master car is safe because the cars operated in coordination will not open their doors inadvertently at the destination floor.

In the above embodiment, there are two elevators, A and B, but the present invention can also be applied to a case where there are two or more elevators. Furthermore, in group management where multiple elevators are grouped, a specific number of elevators within an arbitrary group may be targeted; for example, two of the four group managed elevators may be used. . In this case, during cooperative operation, it is common to prohibit group management operation from responding to isolated landing calls, etc.

As described above, according to the present invention, during cooperative operation, the door opening operation of the cooperatively operated cars other than the master car is controlled by the door opening button of the master car. Since the door will not be opened inadvertently at the destination floor, the cargo can be transported efficiently, safely and effectively.
