Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 連続シーム溶接機において、一定サイクル
毎に溶接電流を測定する溶接電流測定手段と、前
記溶接電流の測定値を逐次所定の上限または下限
電流基準値と比較する比較手段と、前記比較手段
の比較結果にしたがつて溶接の良否を表す判定信
号を出力する判定出力手段とを具備することを特
徴とする連続シーム溶接モニタ装置。 (2) 連続シーム溶接機において、一定サイクル
毎に溶接電極間の溶接電圧を測定する溶接電圧測
定手段と、前記溶接電圧の測定値を逐次所定の上
限または下限電圧基準値と比較する比較手段と、
前記比較手段の比較結果にしたがつて溶接の良否
を表す判定信号を出力する判定出力手段とを具備
することを特徴とする連続シーム溶接モニタ装置
。 (3) 請求項1または2の判定出力手段からの判
定信号にしたがつて溶接加工の良品と不良品とを
分ける手段を備えた連続シーム溶接システム。
