Claims (1)
- 試料に接触する触針を弾発力が極めて小さいス
プリングで支持し、前記触針の変位を計測して試
料の表面を原子レベルで測定する原子間力顕微鏡
において、前記触針の変位を計測する機構を、半
導体レーザ及びその光路系並びに反射光を受光す
る四分割したフオトデイテクタを一体構成したレ
ーザピツクアツプと、このレーザピツクアツプの
前記フオトデイテクタからの各信号に基づいてフ
オーカスエラー信号を生成する信号処理回路とか
ら構成したことを特徴とする原子間力顕微鏡の変
位計測装置。
