[Detailed description of the invention] (a) Industrial application field The present invention relates to a support for supporting a placed object so as to provide a gap at its lower end.

(b) Prior art When storing objects such as plate-shaped sawn timber products in a factory or the like, one by one or several pieces of lumber is stored on a plate-shaped or square lumber-shaped support. was mediated. In other words, this is because wood products such as sawn timber products need to be kept dry at all times. Such supports are used when transporting and storing sawn timber products, and are used to stack the sawn timber products with gaps between them, rather than in close contact with each other, to improve ventilation and drying. This is the purpose. Furthermore, when the moisture content of the sawn timber products becomes high, it is possible to prevent moisture from seeping between the individual sawn timber products due to capillary action.

(c) Problems that the invention aims to solve However, since conventional supports are plate-shaped or square timber-shaped, the contact area between them and the lumber product is large, so water still permeates through this contact area. The current situation is that it is easy to dry and difficult to dry. In other words, since the conventional support uses waste wood from a sawmill, this support itself easily absorbs moisture. From this,
In the past, there was a risk that the support would begin to rot, which would impair the product's value, so it was a hassle to periodically change the position of the support to completely dry the sawn timber product.

(d) Means for solving the problem As a result of intensive research, the inventor of the present invention solved the above drawback by using a plastic round material to support the object, and at least one end of the rod material. We have developed a support that prevents the bar from rolling by providing a rectangular body whose height is within the diameter of the bar and whose width is greater than the bar when used. .

In other words, the support for the object according to the present invention has a mostly round bar shape to reduce the contact area with the object, and is made of plastic to absorb its own moisture. The main feature is that it is constructed to prevent the absorption of water and facilitate drying in this area. Further, this support body is configured to have a rectangular body provided at least at one end thereof to prevent rolling, and furthermore, to prevent the placed object from collapsing.

In this specification, the term "mounted object" refers to a wooden product such as plywood or veneer such as plywood, and refers to an object that easily absorbs moisture. Also,
Places to place include cases in which a plurality of objects are stacked one after another and placed on top of each object, as well as cases in which a single object is placed directly on the ground.

A "rectangular body" is something that is provided at least at one end of a bar, and when used as a support, its height is the same as or less than the diameter of the bar, so that it can be attached to the bar itself. Any rectangular structure may be used as long as it has a structure that allows the placed objects to come into contact with each other, has a width equal to or larger than the diameter of the bar, and prevents the bar from rolling.
In addition to being integrally molded with the bar, it may also be a separately molded piece that is attached to the bar.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the support 1 according to the present invention, in which both ends of a bar 2 of a cylindrical pipe made of plastic are squared with one side having the same length as the diameter of the bar 2. It is molded into a rectangular body 3.
An example of how this is used is shown in Fig. 2. Two supports 1 are placed on the object B at appropriate intervals,
Furthermore, it shows a state in which objects B are placed on top of these and stacked one after another. In this case, since most of the support 1 and the objects B placed above and below it are in line contact with the bar 2, the objects B are likely to dry, and the moisture content of the objects B becomes high. It has the advantage that moisture does not seep in due to capillary action. Furthermore, since the main body of the support body 1 is made of plastic, the placed object B will not be damaged, will not rust, and will not get dirty.

Here, the rectangular body 3 for preventing the support body 1 from rolling may have a shape as shown in FIGS. 3a to 3c. The rectangular body 3 can be formed by heating the bar 2 and then compressing it into a rectangular shape.
There are methods such as inserting it into a mold and spreading it into a rectangular shape.
Further, the rectangular body 3 may be formed separately and attached to the bar 2 as shown in FIG.

(f) Effects of the device As described above, the support for the placed object according to the present invention has the following features:
By making the rods that make up most of the rods circular to reduce the area of contact with the placed object, and by making the material plastic to prevent moisture absorption, it is possible to dry the placed object extremely easily. In addition, since it is made of plastic, it is less likely to deteriorate and is more durable than traditional wood. Of course, if the material is thermosetting plastic, it can also be used for forced drying of the placed object in an oven or the like. As a result, no undried portion remains or rots in the part of the placed object that comes into contact with the support, and this provides the extremely beneficial effect of saving the effort of reloading the placed object.
