Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 クロツク信号を発生する発振回路と、前記発振
出力に基づいてパルス点灯される投光素子と、前
記投光素子から得られる信号を受光する受光素子
と、前記受光素子の出力に基づいて物体検知信号
を出力する信号処理回路と、前記信号処理回路の
出力によつて付勢され負荷及び電源に直列接続さ
れるスイツチング素子と、を具備する光電スイツ
チにおいて、 前記スイツチング素子の過電流を検出する過電
流検出手段と、 前記過電流検出手段の出力に基づいて付勢され
前記スイツチング素子をオフとすると共に、前記
発振回路の出力に基づいて短絡保護動作を停止す
る短絡保護処理回路と、を具備することを特徴と
する光電スイツチ。
