Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザ素子に直流バイアス電流を送出す
る駆動手段、該半導体レーザ素子の後方出力光を
検出して検出電圧を送出する検出手段、変調入力
信号に従い前記直流バイアス電流に重畳する変調
信号を送出する変調手段、該検出手段による検出
電圧と該変調手段による変調信号電圧を比較して
その差出力電圧を制御信号として該駆動手段に送
出する比較手段、および、上記諸手段への電源投
入時において前記変調信号および制御信号を予め
設定した一定時間個別に抑止して前記直流バイア
ス電流を最低設定値に抑制する第１および第２の
抑止手段を有することを特徴とする半導体レーザ
駆動回路。
