- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 パワースイツチング素子をオン、オフする順バ
イアス電源と逆バイアス電源とを有するパワース
イツチング素子ドライブ回路において、 パワースイツチング素子をオンさせる駆動信号
に基づいて、前記順バイアス電源からの順バイア
ス電圧を印加してパラースイツチング素子をオン
させる順バイアス回路と、 前記逆バイアス電源から前記パワースイツチン
グ素子に印加される逆バイアス電圧を検出する逆
バイアス電圧検出回路と、 該逆バイアス電圧検出回路により逆バイアス電
電圧の異常が検出されたとき、前記順バイアス回
路の動作を停止させ、前記パワースイツチング素
子をオフ状態に保つ駆動停止回路とを備えること
を特徴とするパワースイツチング素子ドライブ回
路。
