Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 側壁で囲まれた室に異機気体流路に開口す
    る開口部を有し、該側壁の所定位置に該室へと所
    定の気体を流入させるための気体流入口を設け、
    該清浄気体流入口の面積を前記開口部の面積より
    大きくし、前記気体流入口より流入した気体を、
    前記開口部より前記異種気体流路へと噴出させる
    ことにより、前記異種気体の前記室内への浸入を
    排除することを特徴とする気体パージ装置。 (2) 異種気体流路に開口する開口部は、前記室
    側の径が異種気体流路側の径より大きい円錐テー
    パ状になつていることを特徴とする請求項(1)記
    載の気体パージ装置。
