Claims (1)
- 複数の薄板状圧電セラミツクス間に内部電極を
設けて積層一体化した積層型圧電アクチユエータ
素子の、少なくとも積層方向の一方の端面に設け
た台座と、他の端面に設けた蓋と、該台座と蓋と
の間に設けた筒状ケースとからなる容器に、前記
積層型圧電アクチユエータ素子を収納封止して構
成した積層型圧電アクチユエータにおいて、前記
蓋と前記筒状ケースとの間をＯリングで密封後、
さらに可撓性樹脂にて二重密封したことを特徴と
する積層型圧電アクチユエータ。
