Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧電基板の両側面に振動電極及び該振動電極と
導通する引出し電極を設けてなる振動素子と、前
記振動電極を設けた両側面から前記振動素子を挾
持して前記振動素子との間に所定の振動空間を形
成するスペーサと、前記振動素子及びスペーサを
上下の両面から挾持する封止基板と、前記振動素
子の前記引出し電極が引出されている方の端面側
に形成された、前記引出し電極と導通する外部電
極とを備えた圧電共振子において、 前記振動素子及びスペーサの前記封止基板と対
向する面の、前記外部電極が形成される方の端部
に、前記引出し電極と導通する接続電極を設けた
こと を特徴とする圧電共振子。
