Claims (1)
- 圧電基板の両面に振動電極を形成し、振動電極
と導通し且つ少なくとも一部が振動電極の厚みよ
りも厚くなつた外部引き出し電極を圧電基板の端
部に設け、前記両電極を挟んで圧電基板の両面に
保護基板を貼り合わせ、この基板積層体の端面に
外部電極を設けて外部電極と外部引き出し電極を
接続させたことを特徴とする圧電共振子。
