  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 各種の基準信号を発生する基準信号発生回路と
    、前記基準信号に基づいて時計の分をカウントす
    る分カウンタ及び時間をカウントする時間カウン
    タとを有するカウンタ部と、このカウンタ部によ
    りカウントされた時刻を表示する表示部と、リセ
    ツトスイツチを含み、外部操作により表示時刻を
    修正するスイツチ回路と、このスイツチ回路から
    の操作信号により表示時刻を修正する表示修正回
    路と、前記リセツトスイツチの操作信号により少
    なくとも秒カウンタをクリヤするリセツト信号を
    出力するリセツト回路と、を有するデジタル時計
    において、 前記操作信号と基準信号により時差補正信号を
    前記表示修正回路に出力して表示時刻の時桁を修
    正させる時差補正回路と、前記リセツト信号に基
    づいて前記操作信号を時差補正回路か又は表示修
    正回路に出力することを選択するモード切換え回
    路と、を設けたことを特徴とするデジタル時計。
