Claims (1)
感熱抵抗体と該流体の温度と流速によつて放熱量
が変化する第2感熱抵抗体とを含んでブリツジ回
路が構成され、前記第2感熱抵抗体の通電電流が
前記ブリツジ回路の平衡を維持するように調整さ
れて当該通電電流値から前記流体の流速に関する
信号を出力する感熱式流量計のための検出部であ
つて、 前記検出部は 前記第1感熱抵抗体と、該第1感熱抵抗体を前
記ブリツジ回路を構成するように接続する第1接
続体と、前記第2感熱抵抗体と、該第2感熱抵抗
体を前記ブリツジ回路を構成するように接続する
第2接続体とを有し、 前記第1接続体と第2接続体の少なくとも一方
は基板上に形成された膜パターンからなり、かつ
当該膜パターンが抵抗値調整用のトリミングパタ
ーンを含んで形成されていることを特徴とする感
熱式流量計のトリミング可能な検出部。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の検
出部であつて、当該トリミングパターンが流体の
温度による影響を受け易い部位と、当該検出部の
取付部の温度による影響を受け易い部位の双方ま

出部であつて、当該トリミングパターンが流体の
温度と当該検出部の取付部の温度による影響がほ
