- 複数の室を所定方向に縦列してなるアパート用
建築物において、各室を交互に所定方向とは交差
する方向にずらして配置することにより隣り合う
室間に共有する壁をなくすとともに、各室を所定
方向に直線状をなす連絡通路に面するように配置
したことを特徴とするアパート用建築物。
