Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）２以上のフロアを有しその外壁に内部の各使用単
    位毎に１又は２以上のバルコニーを設けた建築物におい
    て、各バルコニーは奥行が１．５ｍ以上の広領域と奥行
    が１．５ｍより小さい狭領域とを有し、上下に隣接する
    バルコニーはその広領域同士が重なり合わないことを特
    徴とする、外壁にバルコニーを設けた建築物。
  2. （２）各フロアに設けられたバルコニーにおいて、前記
    広領域は、外壁に向い左右の一方に位置するようにバル
    コニーが設けられていることを特徴とする特許請求の範
    囲第１項に記載の建築物。
  3. （３）左右に隣接するバルコニーにおいて、広領域又は
    狭領域同士が隣接するようにバルコニーが設けられてい
    ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の建築
    物。
