すものであつて、第１図は多角形多層建築物の側
面図、第２図は第１図のＡ−Ａ線拡大断面図、第
３図は第１図のＢ−Ｂ線拡大断面図、第４図は多
角形多層建築物の骨組構造を示す斜視図、第５図
はその横断平面図である。第６図は従来の多層建
築物の側面図、第７図は第６図のＣ−Ｃ線拡大断
面図である。 図において、１および２は４角形居住空間、４
は縦中心線、５および６は内側壁、７はバルコニ
ー、１１は外側柱、１２は内側柱、１３は外側梁
、１４は内側梁、１５は連結梁である。

Claims (1)
- 多層建築物の縦中心線の周りに、同一平面形状
の４角形居住空間が、各階同数ずつ正多角形を形
成するように並べて配置され、奇数階の各４角形
居住空間１に対し、偶数階の各４角形居住空間２
が、建築物周囲方向に隣り合う４角形居住空間の
ピツチの1/2ピツチだけ前記縦中心線の周りに偏
位している多角形多層建築物。
