Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ガスにより抵抗値が変化する金属酸化物半
導体と、金属酸化物半導体の加熱用ヒータとを設
けたガスセンサを用い、金属酸化物半導体の抵抗
値の変化からガスを検出すると共に、装置の使用
開始時にヒータに通常電力よりも高い電力を加え
て、ガスセンサをヒートクリーニングするように
したガス検出装置において、 ヒートクリーニング後のガスセンサの抵抗値の
安定化を検出して、ヒートクリーニングを終了さ
せる手段を設けたことを特徴とするガス検出装置
。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のガス
検出装置において、 ヒートクリーニング終了後のガスセンサの抵抗
値の安定化を検出して、ヒートクリーニング終了
後の過渡現象の終了を検出するための手段を設け
たことを特徴とする、ガス検出装置。
