- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 照明用の光源を備えた光源部の冷却を行う光源
冷却装置であつて、 前記光源部と分離配置されこの光源部に連通さ
せた冷却手段と、 前記光源部の温度検出を行う検出手段と、 この検出手段の検出結果に基き前記冷却手段の
冷却動作を制御する制御手段とを 有することを特徴とする光源冷却装置。
