Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 試料を貯蔵する試料室と、該試料室から供給さ
れた試料を加熱する加熱装置が設置された加熱室
とを有し、 上記試料室から上記加熱室の加熱装置への試料
の供給を調整する試料供給調整手段と、上記加熱
装置における試料の残存量を光学的に検出する検
出手段と、該検出手段からの検出信号に基づき上
記試料供給調整手段を駆動制御する制御手段とを
備えたことを特徴とする試料供給装置。
